We bought a kitchen range/stove online from Home Depot on May 22nd. The men came today to install…read moreit on May 30th BUT they didn't recognize the kind of gas cut-off that we have so they told us we had to have a plumber come to put a cut-off on the line before they can proceed. The plumber just left to the tune of ~$100 and showed us the cut-off that was there all along. We had him go ahead and disconnect our old range so that the space would be ready for the new one. Just called and they can't come back until June 11th!! GAH!!! We have a gas range that is now totally unfunctional and a brand new one sitting in our den waiting to be hooked up. This is super frustrating that the installers who told us they work tomorrow can't come back and finish the job that they botched for us. We have to wait 12 days before we can cook again. It will take a very great price before we will want to buy appliances from Home Depot again.

I was starting a complete remodel of my house in Bella Vista and Ruben has ended up doing almost all of the work, drywall, texture, paint, trim, doors, built a beautiful walk-in shower, on and on. His work is exceptional and even more importantly, he and his team are such a pleasure to work with. He even gave me ideas that have made the end results so much better than they would have been without his genuinely caring leadership in my project. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but the work was completed almost a week ahead of schedule, and for many thousands of dollars less than the estimates I received from two other local contractors! SHERWIN-WILLIAMS: Once upon a time I went to a…read moreSherwin-Williams in Rogers for a part I ordered for work a week earlier on the phone. But after speaking with a customer service rep at the counter who was searching for my order online. He told me that it would need to be picked up from their Commercial store in Springdale. So I drove to this location and while speaking with a rep from here, I was told I would need to order the part. I told him that I ordered it last week. He told me that my print-out shows that, but it doesn't show "ordered" online. So I placed the order with him and I asked if they would call me when the part arrives. He said it states that the part would be there next week. So next week was here and I called and asked if my part was in. I was told that it was. I told him I'll be there tomorrow to pick it up. So I showed up the next day and was told that it was back ordered. I asked him why no one called me to inform me that it was backordered. He said that he didn't know why. They called me the next day to pick it up. Obviously they have all the parts and paints that anyone would need, but definitely need to work on customer service. I received No explanation and no apologies for everything that had happened. Very disappointed!
