We knew we bought it from Lowes, but we were unable to locate the receipt. So we came the store to find out if we can exchange it for another hose. We came to Lowes and explained to Mikayla at the service counter the situation . Since we didn't have the receipt, she asked if remember the credit card that was used to purchase the hose so we can get refund. Unfortunately, we left one of the card at home and that might has been the card that was used. Without the receipt, it would be impossible for her to get the product number to give us the appropriate refund. After a few minutes of struggling, she contacted her manager/supervisor and was able to complete the refund for us with a store credit. It works for us because all we wanted is to exchange for a working garden that works. We are very pleased with Lowes customer service. In a perfect world, it would be seamless to have a receipt but we didn't and we appreciate everyone that was involved that helped us yesterday.

She also followed up along with their scheduler, Johanna, at multiple points throughout the process once I accepted their fair proposal. Hernan and his helper were careful and thorough, and the work was professionally completed in a timely manner. The Owner, Carlos, even reached out afterwards to confirm that I was satisfied. They were neither the most expensive nor least expensive, but they're reliable. I'm a repeat customer, and I'll gladly consider them again for my future projects.
