Thank you to Cameron and Miguel who were fantastic employees that provided great customer service to a customer who had no idea there were so many shades of green. Miguel quickly helped me narrow down nine samples down to five. They encouraged me to go home, and use the sample pieces in my kitchen first then to come back and grab the actual paint samples. I quickly came back to the store an hour later with three choices to order sample cans of. They again were very helpful, answered my questions and made it a positive experience for myself and my twelve year old son. This Sherwin has great service and the multiple times I've been in I've met many different people and they've ALL been personable, knowledgeable and helpful. This store is way better than Sherwood. The Sherwin stores themselves have the same products and prices but the people are what make it unique. Prices and quality are good for their products! I definitely recommend them!!! In this location I've been greeted kindly, helped when I have waaay too many questions and am unsure of myself and what I want, paint has been shaken for me without asking, and even taken out to my car. I decided that I wasn't going to leave a review about my experience with one of your associates at your location yesterday, because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt of maybe having an "off" day, but then I saw a couple of negative reviews about your employee Matt. He is the associate who "helped" me. I came in with a piece of sheet rock with paint that I needed to be matched. Before I could even finish my inquiry, I got a surly response saying that he couldn't do it and wasn't sure when he would be able to get it done and even went as far to rudely invite me to go to one of your competitors. The way I was spoken to as a customer by an employee says a lot about how your company values any customer and it's asinine to even allow an employee to represent your business in such a manner. I will never shop with your company again and will encourage others to visit your competitors just as Matt suggested. If 0 stars were an option, that's what the Sherwin Williams in Tigard would get. read more

I would be leaving a zero star review if possible. My father bought a case of caulking instead of 1 tube when I asked him to. I later in called in to see about returning it cause I gave a bunch away to neighbors. The lady looked it up and said that it wont be an issue to do a refund even though she couldn't find a purchase. I tried to make it after work that day and missed them by about 5 mins. Second day I made it with 2 mins to spare. The g2nduy was rude and obnoxious about it and said they could never do that they have to know what card it was on ghey don't do cash. I said ylu don't take cash? He replied well we do so we can make sure to put it on the right card. He was just plain disrespectful and kept on checking his wat h cause his shift was over and his buddy working with him kept on asking him questions and interrupting us cause he wanted to go i know covid is over per say and you can go party calm down kid and wait a second. Will never be going back to their chain of stores again. read more

The paint here is a little pricy but they really have the best color selection and by far the most knowledgable employees. If you can time your purchase with a super sale you can get some awesome stuff to spruce up your home. read more

Saturday was my first experience with Sherwin Williams. I was very disappointed with my experience in the Tigard Oregon store location. Saturday morning I called and asked if they had a certain color of paint, I gave them the color code that the seller gave me. They said they did so I went into the store to pick it up. I was just looking for a little container that I could touch up some mistakes on my ceiling, but they only had the gallon size, which was fine, whatever if that's all they have available that will have to do. When I got into the store I asked about some brushes I could use in order to touch up the ceilings and I was recommended a smaller roller (which I didn't even ask for). I then continued to tell him what I was using the paint for and so on. I said does this seem like a color that would go on a ceiling. The color of the ceiling looks white white. He said yes so I went and paid for the paint (the guy seemed very rushed and short with me), I felt very unwelcomed in the store. Then I get home and I put the paint on the ceiling and find it to be a pink, sandy color. Not even close to white. So I wasted the time to drive there, the money on the paint and the ceilings were then touched up with pink paint. I wish he would have told me the color of the paint and explained to me how it wasn't close to a "white" color nor one that would even go on a ceiling. This was a horrible experience with the Sherwin Williams paint.... Very disappointed. When I called and asked if I could exchange it or receive a refund I was told no, that's it. No sympathy around what just happened. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
