In placing my order for a Tricorn black paint with Bill, he was mindful enough to explain what to do. The Tricorn black would be used to repaint the front door of my home, and Bill took the time to explain that it was necessary to paint the interior door sections first due to the thickness & sheen of the paint composition. Bill didn't say much upon picking up the paint during curbside delivery, which was ok. The paint quality turned out to be better than expected after adding the 2nd and 3rd coats. Though its not cheap, the paint itself is not ridiculously expensive either. If you want quality, be expected to pay quality pricing. The same goes for vice versa- that is if you want water colors that are good for either Easter eggs, or Earl Scheib paint jobs on cars. Sherwin-Williams is certainly the former.

He tried to tell me that I brought it in that way. Hmmm.. Nope, I would've had a trail of paint coming into the store.. I just asked for another can and they said they didn't have one. So, he put a piece of tape over it. I should've walked out. But my painter needed it asap. I went to pay and he overcharged me by $50.. To which he told me how he personally enjoyed the finished look on his own project and was positive I would be happy with my choice. *YES, Emerald Designer is amazing! It does cost more, but the coverage is fantastic and is easy to use especially for beginner/intermediate painters like me. I went into Sherwin Williams on Rufe Snow in Keller to get another gallon of paint (last purchased…read morein 2016) Reggie informed me that SW discontinued the brand last June but said Watauga SW still carried it. Reggie called the Watauga store and they indeed had what I was looking for. At the Watauga SW a young lady by the name of Josie entered the formula for the paint and informed me that an exact match may not be possible, no guarantee. I found the paint to be a 99% match once applied to my existing paint. I am extremely impressed with these two SW employees. They were both extremely helpful, kind, professional and I will recommend both stores to family & friends. Reggie & Josie, thank you.

This location has been here FOREVER.... I remember going here with my dad when I was a kid. And it seems like they haven't cleaned this place since then either (lots of dust all over the merchandise). But it's a hardware store, a mans place to shop so I guess some dust and a few cobwebs are acceptable. My only complaint is the selection. Since it's such a small hardware store you are limited to very little selection. And when you find what you are looking for, there is usually very little of that product as well. So don't go here expecting to have enough supplies to build a house with, but this is a great place for when you need something in a pinch.

The photo wasn't of anything bad or wrong, it was not misleading or a misrepresentation, it was a legitimate photo of the outside area of the location that she says is shared with a landscaping company, tho what landscape company I do not know. The reasoning stated to me was that the landscaping company didn't want the photo of their area published. The photo was of the locations surroundings just as any Google maps search would provide, so it's not anything that can't be seen anyway. It showed their "shared space" which being "shared" still makes it part of this businesses space which serves as sort of a parking area. The rating on this review is based on the point of contact by the owner to manipulate the initial review by requesting removal of a photo that is a true representation of what is surrounding the business, part of their "shared space", this removes what is also a visual to allow others to find this out of the way place that is not on any main road. I don't feel it is appropriate for a business to private message a Yelp member for the sole purpose of manipulating what is on the review.
