Ordered a Mother's Day bouquet earlier in the week for delivery today. No heads up or communication at all about a delivery window. Flowers were not delivered until after 5pm today. I had called around 4pm to ask about them and was told that it was Mother's Day and they were busy and trying to deliver things still. At this point the day is nearly over and the ability to celebrate and enjoy the flowers for the day has long gone and no one really wanted the flowers anymore. Unfortunate they can't manage to hire adequate staff for a day where they already expected a significant increase in delivery volume. On a separate delivery for an order that was not even on a major holiday the flowers were not delivered until after 1pm. Clearly timely delivery should not be an expectation. There is no option I could find to specify a delivery time, only date. Delivery used to be better and prices more reasonable. Recommend you look elsewhere for your floral needs. read more

I ordered flowers earlier this week for my aunt 's birthday today. She was my mom's best friend and today is her first birthday without my mom who passed away a few months ago. The woman who met me was sweet and let me know they could put something together if I didn't see anything I liked. It was morning, so they had only a few arrangements out. When I called about the error the owner had nothing to offer but excuses. They did not want to compensate me for the error. I had to pay in full for a horrible experience. I will never use this business again. It wasn't until I left a fake voicemail stating I had a wedding for 400 people that they called me back. The value is terrible I paid $160.00 for a flower arrangement that doesn't even last 24 hours. I come home and my wife pointed out multiple flowers dead. My mother ordered some orchids from this florist and had them delivered to a viewing. Total cost was about $245. People can make their own judgment based on the picture below (my mother is old, excuse her photography skills), but that doesn't look like $245 in value to me. It looks nothing like the picture on their website. While my mother agreed to the change in color of the orchids, there's only one type of orchid (as opposed to two in the website picture) and the arrangement just looks sloppy and sparse. I called the florist, spoke to the owner and politely asked if there was anything that could be done. The owner said the only thing that could be done is if we brought the flowers back, they could redo the arrangement (which was not possible). She also said that she watched her employee assemble the bouquet and thought it was appropriate. So basically, she's saying the two arrangements in the pictures are of equal value and are worth $245 (with delivery). I disagree and would not recommend anyone use this florist. I noticed that many of the past positive reviews relate to a previous owner, so maybe that explains the discrepancy between the generally positive reviews and our poor experience with them. read more

Was torn between 4 and 5 stars only because I placed an online order but it did not state when it would be ready. I called and explained I just placed an order and wanted to know when it would be ready. They shared they expected an hour. I called again at an hour and asked and they said it should be ready. But I said for sure or should I wait. And they said "I think it will be." Ugh. I waited over an hour and a half.. went in hoping and praying it would be ready.
