Great combination of flowers and they're always in good condition. They have very kind staff that are eager to help and sell great options of romantic gifts. They have everything from box of roses/Ferrero Rocher combination, to stuffed animals, to individual flowers if you're on a budget. Their bouquets are expensive though, and if you're looking to buy any of their Ferrero Rocher/flower combination boxes then you'll spend at least $120-$170 fyi. Their individual or small combination flower prices are appropriately priced in my opinion, but it's all relative to your budget obviously. I've been here twice and they were empty first time and packed today (Valentine's Day), and their service was always kind and still had all the variety to choose from. read more

Been a loyal customer for 4 years, went there on Valentines afternoon..and I got quoted 60 dollars a dozen Roses ..I had them me put 2 dozens together and she wanted to charge me 170 for 2 dozen..I told her the math didn't add up and she had someone else come out and tell me they are actually 64 a dozen and knocked of 5 bucks so now the total is 165 again the math didn't ad up..the flowers looked half dead..I am never coming back here again..the flowers are not all that and didn't appreciate them changing the prices on me..the lost a loyal customer! read more

I ordered the cherry on top with a balloon bouquet and was very displeased when my wife came home from work and the flowers I had picked for her looked like it was just thrown together last minute. No attention to detail. No care for customer satisfaction. I understand V day is prolly your busiest day, but if you can't handle the extra work don't take on the extra work. I am so pleased with the corsage and boutonnière that I ordered for my daughter's homecoming. Everyone is kind and patient at this adorable store! They answered my calls, showed me pictures before we ordered and also were candid about the availability of the roses I wanted. They assured me that whatever type of rose they used they would make it beautiful- and they did! The corsage I received was even prettier than expected. I ordered flowers for my engagement party a couple weeks in advance. It was just one small bouquet that I had asked her to do and sent her a picture of what I would like. I was told that it would be done with a few minor changes which I was fine with. At the day of the party, my fiancé went to pick them up and called saying they were completely discolored and not fresh. There was no greenery like I had asked her to do and only one piece of baby breath.
