I requested a picture of the arrangement and card prior to delivery, she informed me that it was too late for same day delivery but that they'll be delivered the next day by 11am. Around 10:30am I sent her a text asking her for an update and for the pictures. The arrangement came out good, I was disappointed to know that there was nobody there that could write the note with "nice" writing or in cursive. Very over charged to not get delivered what they promised. They charged my husband over $150 For 11 roses they told him it came with a vase and decorated with color paper. They delivered just the roses with no vase nor the colors he ask for. Next time call ur client and my husband was very disappointed. read more

I can not express how much of a great experience I had here today. I walked in looking to buy a sunflower and was greeted very kindly. I've spent over $300 dollars and provided picture s of what I wanted and specified the colors of the flowers as well...and when I received my flowers today it was nothing but greenery filler!!!!! But I mean over kill with the filler, flowers look old particularly the FEW roses .. hardly any flowers for what I paid for as well, mostly baby breath and greenery! I ordered 3 bouquets , a cross, and a flower wreath and they did not even try to match the same flowers for these arrangements! I think they should be honest if they are cannot fulfill the order and not use old flowers!! Try to avoid this florist, it is an absolute robbery!! read more

I've had great experiences with gifting my close friends wedding bouquets from this flower shop. The florists makes them so identical! Great prices & fresh flowers! She also made all the arrangements for my wedding!! Bouquet, center pieces, bridesmaids bouquets & grooms boutonnière etc. all the flowers for my wedding. Occasionally I also love to pick up flowers for my home after work, they last close to 3 wks which indicates they are so fresh! Do not trust what this delivery service puts on their website. They are liars. Not only did they not deliver on the day that was specifically picked, but they also delivered a tiny bouquet that was supposed to be upgraded to premium and it looked nothing like they showed. I also included a stuffed animal that never came. The company has not contacted me back to explain themselves or reimburse. If you want to ruin a special occasion and don't care if you pay a lot of money for it....just order from these guys! I'm disgusted that they advertise on their site that they are rated highly by the likes of Fox, ABC, and other highly regarded media outlets!! Do not trust these people! read more
