Jacob has been of phenomenal help over the past few years. My (now) fiance and I initially needed to add coverage to her personal car for me to drive for Lyft. Jacob found a way to make it happen with alacrity even though I had just moved across state lines and the rules and regulatory hurdles had thoroughly spooked other companies. Since then, pulling off a small miracle of bureaucratic red tape cutting, he convinced another insurance company to stop dragging their feet on paying for repairs on said car after their driver was found 100% at fault. When I have called him out of the blue with emergency paperwork needs he has helped me calm down and walked me through the steps I needed to take while handling his side of the paperwork with his usual professionalism. Including working through a complicated vehicle matter shortly after the Santa Rosa fires when the entire insurance industry was overwhelmed with claims calls. TL;DR: With Jacob handling your insurance needs, you will be able to put insurance worries on the shelf and forget about them for a reasonable rate, knowing that if something does happen, he will walk you out of the shadows into the sunlight. read more

Everyone in the office will answer questions if my agent is not available, but I really work mostly with Darwin Meiners. Periodically we update my insurance to be sure I have the best coverage and am with the right company for my needs. He patiently researches and answers all the questions I have about details of the policies, and educates me about the coverages. He is honest, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I really enjoy our talks about non-insurance related things in life, which allows me to know him more as a person, and friend, than just an agent doing business. I find Sherzer to be incompetent in that they do not follow up their phone calls, they do not necessarily complete work they promise to do and when confronted they become defensive and nasty. As a result of their negligence I am driving without insurance at the present time. I definitely do not recommend this business. read more

We have had Joerg as our insurance agent for several years and have been extremely happy with his service. He reviewed our old policy and explained how we were under insured and gave me his recommendations. When the October fires hit, he called us right away to check on us and to let us know that we were fully covered if we should need it and that he was there to help.
