They are very un professional at this location Parker the receptionist or whatever he is very caddy and couldn't admit he made a mistake on my policy which caused me a lot of out of pocket money they are very laxed when it comes to responding to there customer but on time to send the bill reminder overall I would not recommend them to anyone read more

Insurance is not fun. You pay for it and hope you never need to use it. But if you're going to have it (and you should), this is where you want to get it. Kendra and her team are nothing short of fantastic. They consistently go above and beyond while handling everything from simple requests to more complicated issues. I rented a car in Canada and called to see if my policy covered me there. They had a group discussion in the office to figure out the answer, and then called the underwriters to give me full confirmation and peace of mind. My truck got stolen a few years back (I've been customers of theirs for quite a while now) and not only was it NOT a total nightmare, they did everything possible to make it as simple for me as possible and settled my claim quickly. When I got rear-ended, they set up temporary transportation and handled a bunch of the intermediary garbage so I didn't have to. We had renters insurance as well, but thankfully never needed to use that one, haha. On top of all that, the whole crew is always so helpful, kind, and friendly. All I can say is WOW, what a relief !! I will say that I have been a State Farm home owners policy holder for years and my cars were insured through a different company. Neither company ever tried to bundle (I think that is the right word?) my policies until I met Jamie an agent at Kendra's office. Jamie actually asked me to come into the office and meet with her to discuss my options. Now granted buying insurance is as exciting as watching people get on and off the bus. I digress. Jamie was understanding and flexible with my work schedule which was awesome. There was no pressure and I didn't feel like I was being hassled by a used car salesman in polyester sport coat. The day I walked into Kendra's office, I noticed it was in a good part Novato, it was inviting, it was warm, and cozy. Jamie met me with a fantastic smile, a good hand shake and showed me around the office. I met a couple agents and then we got down to ME and my policies. Jamie and were able to bundle my home and cars and she educated me about 'umbrella policies' and their benefits. I never knew about an umbrella or how they worked. After hearing Jamie talk on my level I thought to myself, "What a great safety catch!" It was perfect for me. I left that office, 'bundled and umbrellaed!' And paying less than what I was paying before I came in. I'll tell you the satisfaction of having one deduction once a month rather than multiple per month is relieving, having a State Farm agent I can call and speak to, and I have the feeling that I have someone at the agency I connected with. That my friend really make me feel GOOD. Granted, I do know they are a business, I get it but man I felt really good when I left, I had a smile on my face and to this day I am able to stay in contact with Kendra's State Farm office by email with policy questions and policy updates. So...if you are feeling ignored by your current company or like your just a direct deposit to your current company, call up Kendra, she will take care of you. At least I feel that way. We've been with Kendra and State Farm for years now and it was only recently we really needed to call on their services for a car accident claim. From start to finish the process was very easy and very painless. It had been a very long time since I had ever needed to use my car insurance and I was remembering the painful process it used to be. With Kendra and her team we simply made a call to file the claim (it was a Saturday morning) and then Monday received an email from Shelby at Kendra's office who provided a few more details about the process.
