Omg from the start dani was super sweet and helped me out. She responded to all my messages in a timely fashion! Once I arrived she asked me what I was looking for with regards to how I wanted my lashes to look! I told her just wanted to not have to put mascara on anymore hahah. She was like I know just what to do. after she was done I loved them! My daughter has also gone to her and we just scheduled our two week refill. I was so afraid to get my lashes done due to a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE in the past, (not at SheTime) SheTime helped me over come my fear By doing such an amazing job. I trusted again. Haha. I had a terrible experience here with Michael. Please read this review (although it's long it could save you your time and money). This review does not reflect Dani, the business owner, but reflects her poor choice in business partner. At first, it seemed like everything was great, I left my appointment happy with my lashes. I followed all of the aftercare instructions I was given. I was told not to shower or get my face wet for 24 hours, which I was overly cautious about and didn't do so for almost 48 hours just to be on the safe side. I did not touch my eyes, I slept on my back just to be safe. I do not use any oils or lotions on my face, in fact no products on my face whatsoever. I do not wear makeup. I was overly cautious about protecting my new lashes. The following day I noticed a few falling out, but thought it must be normal and didn't think much of it as I was already going above and beyond to not do anything that might cause them to come out. The following morning upon waking I noticed they were getting a bit tangled, and when I went to gently brush them with the tools I was given at the appointment, about half of my lashes came out. Again, I was being as gentle as I possibly could be while also trying to get them untangled. When I texted Micheal (who by the way told me I could text him with any questions or concerns) I let him know that about half had fallen out less than 48 hours after my appointment, and I've done nothing but take great care and caution to prevent this. I asked if I could come back to fix this issue. His response was extremely aggressive, disrespectful, rude, and argumentative. He started blaming ME (the customer) for making them fall out, telling me he wasn't going to fix it, and argue with me that I must have done something to cause them to fall out so quickly. Again, if anything I was being overly cautious and didn't even touch my eyes except to brush them GENTLY. I did absolutely nothing to cause them to come out, and even if I did shouldn't he know never to blame or yell at the customer?! I mean talk about horrible customer service skills! If I went anywhere else I would've been met instead with an apology and an eagerness to fix them. As a business owner or employee built around customer satisfaction, I don't see why you would ever talk to the client in the way he spoke with me when I'm the one paying for a certain service that I was not satisfied with. With this review I am posting screenshots of the messages to see for yourself what an @$$hole this guy is and to show his lack of good communication and customer service skills, which is what being in the beauty service industry is all about. ANYWAYS, this was a total waste of money, so trust me and take your money elsewhere and find someone who actually values their customers and treats them the way clients should be treated. A business owner or employee should never make their paying customers feel bad about speaking up about a service they are unsatisfied with and honestly if they do, they should no longer be working there. I regretfully tipped him a good amount to, which I wish I could take back and give him this tip instead- VALUE your customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. Without them, there will be no SheTime. read more

If you're looking for someone who not only has TONS of experience with eyelash extensions, but thoroughly enjoys it & LOVES their job, Dani is your girl! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with her, expectations were exceeded every time :) I have been to other eyelash estheticians before and while they were good-looking, they weren't really long-lasting. Dani was very accommodating with scheduling, customer service is good. Her work is good but I was a bit disappointed that she doesn't (yet) know how to fan out for volume/ dramatic lashes... The lady next to her who did my brow wax has no sense of customer service. She didn't even acknowledge me when I was told by Dani to sit on the table as she will be doing my brows, but very talkative to her colleagues, which I really wished she didn't coz her breath wreaked. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I found SheTime through a Groupon deal, and they even honored the same pricing without having to get the Groupon! I was quickly set up for an appointment with Michael (HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!) I've had my eyelashes done before and the people who have done them in the past do not make conversation and they breathe heavily on my face. That is why I needed to find something new. Michael is very personable and kind and can keep great conversation. I asked Michael for a natural everyday look and that is what he delivered. I have received so many compliments on my new lashes and I could not be happier. I noticed a couple days after that one of my eyes looked a bit fuller than the other so I contacted Michael and he was very quick and open to having me come back in to check and help me out. I did not know that naturally one eye always has more natural lashes than the other, so he explained that to me. Once I came back to get them looked at, he made my other eye as full and beautiful as the other. I can tell he cares a lot about his clients and his work.
