AMAZING SERVICE, My twin sister and I went in and we were seated immediately! The front desk asked what we wanted and showed us to the available nail techs! We showed them inspiration and they completely nailed it!! Exactly like the photo. The salon offers treats and refreshments free of charge! Serena was an awesome nail tech! All in all the salon was great, very professional and the atmosphere is peaceful! Definitely will be going again! Highly recommend!

So I made a reservation for my wife to have a mani pedi. I chose this nail salon due to their high marks/reviews and it did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly and talkative. I was just going to sit next to her but somehow between my wife and the ladies in the shop I was talked into a pedicure. And no I didn't get my toenails painted. Lol Donna did a great job...as far as I know. Never done this before. Great shop! My wife said this was the best experience she has ever had at a nail salon! Easy 5 stars!

Came in on 8/13 for a 12pm appointment. I was running late and they had no problem pushing it back 15 mins. I requested a full acrylic coffin shaped set. I don't remember my nail tech full name, I believe it was Tanisha??? I'm so mad I didn't get her card she was super sweet, gentle and a perfectionist. I had to bring my work laptop in and she didn't have any issues working around that. She did a great job and I plan to book with her in the future.

The staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming. I got my nails don't on a Friday because I was visiting Florida and needed my nails & toes done and by Monday three were broken and my toes were chipped. I called and spoke to a manager finally after two weeks of trying to get in contact and all I was offered was $10 for a $145 visit which I tipped $30 on. At this point forget the money, the manager didn't even seem to care that the quality of the work her staff performed was not up to par. She offered no apology or anything.

I went in for a gel manicure with two of my friends for a birthday festivity. When leaving I kept thinking that the gel was really thick and the color seemed off. We were on a time crunch so I had to go after it was done. So no time to ask about it. The next day I tried to just let it go, just thinking that the lady had an off day because normally this place is amazing at nails! Everyone has off days, we are human! But it was so thick in places, that it was bothering me too much, so I called to come back in. I came back in and they agreed the gel was too thick in places and re did my nails on the spot for free. This picture is the result. Beautiful nails, and Lynn was so nice and talking me through the process and being so kind. This speaks volumes on a company. They saw the mistake and fixed it no hassle. Turning a bad situation good. I will definitely be back! I recommend this nail salon! Great people!

This place is awesome!!! Is recommend to all in the Pensacola area to check this place out! Loved the decor & the extremely friendly & personal staff. My nail tech Craig worked wonders on my feet!! It was my guys first time experiencing a pedicure & I do believe he is now hooked! Went in thinking we'd do the cucumber deluxe & ended up with the citrus pedi I'm so glad for it since the tech Craig suggested it & it was an excellent choice! How can a shop go wrong when they offer wine or beer on the house Whenever I'm in town here is where I'll be getting my nails done at!! Five stars all the way & worth every penny spent here

I got my first manicure today, and I'm so glad that I went to the Polished Nail Bar. Who knew there was more to nails than just picking a nail color. The staff was so friendly guiding me through all my options, yet patiently waiting for me to make my decision (I'm the most indecisive person in the world) I got acrylic nails with gel polish for $40 (fair and reasonable I think) parking is great! Out front and convenient! I highly recommend though making an appointment prior rather than walk in I'll be sure to come back again!

Went in for a Pedi, and have to say that they MUST be pretty awesome... I walked in 5 minutes after opening, and had to wait 20 mins or so for my pedi ( no complaints on that.. I'm on vacation so no rush) the staff were great, and walked me through my options. It's nice to relax with a glass of wine (even at 10 am... it's 5 o'clock somewhere) CT did an awesome job on shaping, and working my feet, the water was nice and HOT (just how I like it), the warm towels, wax, and stones.... omg! I have to say this is a very nice establishment, and I don't mind paying a little more than I'm used to for great services. If I'm ever back in Pensacola I will certainly be making an appointment!! The tropical pedi smelled amazing.. the mask, and scrub were music to my nose. Another great perk is that the massage chairs are great and do an awesome job of getting the kinks out while you soak.

This places never ceases to amaze me and their prices are awesome. SNA dip for $40... it typically costs more where I'm currently living. Any time of home in Pensacola this is the place to go! I paid so much money for a mediocre job. I'm not sure what technician is doing the nails in the photo reviews. But I did not get blessed by them. The polish was clumpy. The lines were shaky. And I felt like I was an inconvenience for asking for designs. Really I just did a French tip, with one line across the bottom of the French tip and the nail color. It was super simple because this is the normal style that I get. Anyway, overall, I was disappointed the staff, was kind. That's the only positive thing I have to say. read more

10/10 I definitely recommend! This is my first time in Pensacola, Florida. My cousin recommended this place as I mentioned needing a pedicure and manicure for myself and just a pedicure for my husband. Tommy served me and he did it very well. This was the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. We both got the steam pedicure. It's something that I've never experienced. My nails were atrocious, but Tommy gave me a wonderful mani and even dipped my hands in this warm gel/lotion material, wrapped them in a plastic bag and a hotel towel. My hands and feet are so soft.... The esthetic is even great. It beautiful. The vibe is calm and relaxing and we both received a complimentary glass of wine. 10/10- if I ever am back in town- I'm definitely going here. read more

Have gone here twice this year, both times with my sister in law and we loved it. Very good pricing, lovely service and they did a good job. Offer you tea or water (or wine, in the afternoon) as you get your service. Nail techs friendly and conversational. Will go every time I am back in town as one of my "must visit" stops. read more

I recently moved to the area from Atlanta and based on reviews decided to try it. My first visit, I only got a gel manicure. The nail tech was very nice and the result was "okay". Decided to go back and have both manicure and pedicure gel. The nail tech was not only friendly but extremely patient as I had an ingrown nail and she made it very comfortable. The one thing that really took me aback was that in all my years visiting nail salons, I've never been charged a "separate fee". I was charged for the mani, the pedi and an additional fee. I would think that when you remove gel polish but have the same service done like most places it's a minimal fee but it was $30. Not sure what that was for but it was a bit odd. read more

I am originally from Miami and up here visiting. I read all the reviews and decided to check this place out. I absolutely loved my service. Mona did my nails and they came out PERFECT. I decided to get the dip powder manicure and a pedicure as a walk in. I was greeted very politely and they took care of me quickly. I absolutely loved the way my nails turned out. I saw their billboard and was so excited to find a place open on a Sunday. But then we walked into the beautiful spa and were treated like princesses! I got a classic mani pedi, but my froend went all out...I was soon jealous of her Roses & Champagne pedicure that included a foot soak, scrub, mask, massage, paraffin treatment & hot towel wrap. All this while enjoying mimosas and the NFL Playoffs! They do shellac (gel) polish as well as eyebrow waxing, threading, and extensions. I am so happy to have found this place. As always, a reliable place to get you nails done. Came in without an appointment and they took care of me right away. I had the dipping powder used on my nails. I've had this service done at plenty of other places. They did a great job here. Good coverage and not too thick. My nails look fantastic! Wish they would have given my hands a little extra love...maybe a massage. Considering the price, I would have appreciated a drink of water as well. read more

I had no appointment and walked into a very clean, very appealing large room with lots of massage chairs for pedicures and lots of stations for nails. I told them I wanted a pedicure and they said it shouldn't be a problem without appointment, I got sat almost immediately to the most amazing technician I've ever had, her name is lein! Pronounced Lin! I'm from Southern California and havnt had my nails done in over a year due to covid, my first time getting them done and I will honestly wait to be here in Pensacola monthly to get them done by her. read more

Walked in with my girlfriend and mom who was visiting. Prior to service you get your temp checked and sign a waiver. Very prompt service even though we got 2 pedis and 1 mani. Hay and Tuyen were great for the pedis! Mom loved her service as well. Can't wait to come back post covid! read more

Here for work, but ZAYUM! What a great nail place! "Mom" spent SO much time on my horribly cracked heels that they have never looked so amazing. The organic pedicure was over an hour of massages, sugar scrubs, and pampering. The salon looks updated and unlike any other nail salon I've been to. I was very impressed. I'm glad I chose this place when looking at all the options in the area. PS: my SNS manicure is still looking amazing a week later and after shelling on vacation. read more

I have had about a million pedicures...and they vary. But one thing they are not is JUST getting polish put on your nails. There is always some level of foot and leg involvement with massage. That is the point, right?... to be pampered, not just painted. My friend and were seated and started at the same time. The woman working on me did the bare minimum, no massage, no pampering, just worked the bottom of feet, then painted the nails. Boom, finished. She was obviously bored and disinterested. I sat and watched as my friend got a foot massage and leg massage. I feel ripped off paying $30 for someone to just paint my toes. read more

I've been going to Linda for my nails for 2 years and she never disappoints! Usually I just pick a solid color but I've also showed her stuff from Pinterest and she makes it happen! Upon walking in, I was greeted by a very pleasant smile and asked politely what service could they provide for me. I mentioned just a mani and pedi. Vin (sp), took her time with me. She was very detailed and took her time to care for my cuticles, took her time with massages and the polish was carefully applied. We didn't talk much. Sometimes I just like to relax and enjoy my visit and that I did today. I didn't have to worry about getting cut or making sure my service was performed properly. Also appreciated the owner/manager making sure I was comfortable and offered me something to drink several times while making sure I was comfortable. I could tell by all the other customers were regulars and all acted like they had been long time friends. I would definitely go back when I'm back in town. Highly recommend if you're looking to get pampered.

She also did a terrible job with the cuticles during a manicure, I opted for a clear coat on my nails and instantly regretted it, it all flaked off within a matter of hours and just looked messy. My mom also wasn't very pleased with her French tip manicure.

I couldn't even get a fill... because of their initial bad job... I went in asking is it possible to take it off and put a new set on next week because obviously they look like shit and there was a ton of dirt under my nails since they were put on incorrect. No explanation, not grinding them off men that I would have bending backwards nails that I can't work with. Both the women who spoke English well and the woman who didn't as well clearly ignored what I was saying and just wanted to see me in pain. I explained that I needed to have my nails done next week for a wedding.. they said that's fine and then by the end of taking my nails off I said wow my nails are extremely thin how am I gonna put another set on this and now the answer changed to I cannot get my nails done again until they are completely grown out in 3 to 6 months... LOL meanwhile, I also said that I work on a nursery and have to use my hands daily... if this woman was smarter or cared at all about her customers, she would understand and perhaps use one brain cell to tell me not to do this. Not only is this place dirty and outdated, they are rude and bad at their jobs. I will never be back again, and I would suggest nobody ever go to this disgusting salon..

I thought... that ended up with a broken in half nail after 10 days. Never in my life has a nail broken, and I wasn't even using my hands that much. Thought it couldn't get worse, but it did after I got a new set saying that they obviously didn't do something right with the last... this time first nail broke after five days? I went in to get it fixed and he was a jerk about it acting like he was doing me a favor by fixing it for me and also didn't know what color it was and painted it a literal different color then blamed me when I said it's not the same color LOL.... Two days later, four more of them fell off.. LOL An utter and complete waste of money for people that are rude and bad at their job. Wish I could choose 0 stars

Instead of fixing the mistake, she yanked my arm aggressively and continued doing what I had specifically told her not to do. After sitting there for over two hours, I brought my concerns to the manager. Rather than making it right, he refused to offer even a partial discount and only suggested fixing the nails -- which I didn't have time for since I had to leave for work. This level of service was unacceptable. I spent my hard-earned money expecting professionalism and quality, but I received the opposite. I do not recommend this salon.

A year or so ago the price increased to $30 and the quality was still good. However today, the technician handed me a flip card to choose which pedicure I wanted, so apparently there are several levels of care, dependent on the price you pay. I chose basic ped for $35, up another $5 from the last increase. My feet soaked for less than 2 minutes before she started working on them. She rushed through the whole thing, spending half the time I'm used to. She used the scrubber thing not even a minute on each foot. The polish looks okay but I still have tons of dry skin on my heels and toes. I'll not be back there again.

I broke my shoulder (scapula) recently and am unable to clip my toenails. (Ever tried clipping toenails one handed?) First impressions are of a very serene atmosphere and an extremely clean environment. My treatment consisted of a beginning foot soak in a combo massage chair / foot tub. This chair is the Lamborghini/Ferrari/bestthingyoucanthinkof of chairs and the trip would've been worth it just for the message. I hade several potions and mixtures rubbed on from knees to toes and had my nails clipped with exacting precision and great attention to detail. Next was a callous treatment (only thing I had ever used before for callous removal was 220 grit sandpaper) then another soak and a bag of hot parrifen wax. At check out I learned mine was the "standard " service. What?!? This gets better? Also, discount when paying in cash. A negative turned positive , no thanks to P&R Nails. (Read P&R Reviews for the whole story!) I was only in P&R about 25 minutes but left out, obviously unappreciated, with wax on my face & worse weakened butchered nails than I went in with! Dude. I AM NOT WORRIED ABOUT YOUR $13 - even tipped her $3 tho she did not deserve it just to prove a point. Never have I felt so worthless in a place that is supposed to make you feel like a million bucks. As a business dealing in strictly customer service & services, it is your responsibility to adhere to certain expectations- such as cleanliness, professionalism & genuine concern & accountability for the work you provide. All were seriously lacking within the P&R facility and that hurts my heart as I have given them a lot of business over the years- obviously & painfully unappreciated as I said. After this visit, I was so scarred - literally!! Scared and scarred, it took me about a week and some serious research before I stepped foot into another nail place; and this is where the positive experience comes from! I walked into Polished Bar around 6pm yesterday. First let me say- WOW! This place is modernly designed, CLEAN & very roomy. They offer you drinks, wine, etc. They are always smiling & their menu has a neat variety. Scrubs & waxes- so many shellacs and gels to choose from- they even have specialty pedicures (the cucumber & rose is amazing!) They even do the steamed towels and lotion massages so you feel very pampered. Not only is the place seriously beautiful, you feel welcome with their couches & sitting areas when you walk in. Everyone is lined up neatly, and there is NOT 3 inch layers of nail dust everywhere. There are TVs watching the news, not some house building show- and certainly no one is hidden behind their own tablet watching movies. The place is seriously clean, something that I guess I had forgot about while going to PR-the word that comes to mind for that place is cramped & dingy & dusty!! You're so close to everyone in that place you can't even breathe & the measly 8 stations they have compared to like the 20 person stations at Polished means you won't spend 3 hours there because it's efficient & effective like a well "polished" machine. The lady that did my nails was Vy. She had purple coloring on the end of her hair and her eyebrows were "on fleek". They were perfect, in other words :) She was very detailed and meticulously took the time to bring my nails back into good health. As she was cleaning up my nails & NURTURING them, we could see all the white lines the drill had etched into them. She took her little tool and flipped up all the rough edges of my nails up and peeled them away so that when her work was finished my weakened, cracking nail fibers wouldn't puncture through her beautiful work. She cleaned up my cuticles as I told her of my horrible experience. She agreed that someone had mutilated my real nails- but she was fixing them. I had no old polish stuck in the cracks (I had covered my weak nails with thick purple polish trying to get their strength back & hid the hack-job) she had literally soaked my nails in something that wasn't only acetone- there was pink moisturizing bath salts in the soak that didn't dry out my skin. All the rough spots on my cuticles were gone & each nail was shaped perfectly after she filed, buffed and preened. I asked her if I could get 2 layers of Shellac since my nails were so soft & she said "I'll give you 3 layers" :) needless to say by this time, after she oiled up my hands & then individually wiped away the lotion build up off my nails- I was in heaven. I chose a blood wine Merlot color because I thought I might need wine after this next experience but I can honestly say I couldn't be more pleased. Vy is a master at her craft and she was so sweet to me as I was still a little bit of a nervous wreck. She was detailed, but very quick. I will definitely be returning & sending customers their way. I am in customer service myself and know how powerful a referral and the word of mouth is. WOULD NEVER GO BACK. I had a very poor experience at Polished. I called ahead asking if they were still taking walk ins and the man that answered the phone said yes come on in. He explained that they were very busy so there would be a 20-30 min wait. I was fine with that since I had just got off work after a long day and was looking forward to being pampered. I arrived 5 min later and asked if Vy or the lady that sits to the left of the owner could do my nails. The man told me Vy should be done early enough and could do my nails. After waiting 30 minutes, the owner came over to the waiting area stating that neither of the girls wanted to do my nails. I was horrified since other clients were sitting right there and could hear everything she was saying. This was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her if there was a reason why and she said she didn't know and that they have a right to refuse service to whomever they want. I was confused because I had been to this nail salon a few times and never had this experience. I then pulled her to the side and calmly explained to her how uncomfortable and embarrassed she made me feel by making that statement in front of the entire waiting area. Her response was look I can't force them to do your nails if they don't want to. After that comment, I was done. They would have had to pay me to do my nails at that point. As a business owner she handled the situation completely wrong. She should have apologized for the wait & offered some sort of alternative day or discount on my next service if neither of the women were able to do my nails. I am always kind & respectful to each nail tech & always tip at least 20%. I was completely fine with taking my money elsewhere but as a paying customer and someone who has worked in customer service for years I was truly appalled with my entire experience. I recently visited Polished Nails with a friend and my sister (who was getting married). We scheduled an appointment and when we showed up, we were greeted with very friendly (English speaking) nail techs. As we sat down to get our pedicures, we were offered complimentary wine, beer, soda, or water. We were given options for the "packages" we wanted for the pedicures and we all chose the cucumber. Not only are surroundings better but the staff , at least person who did my nails, person who welcomed and checked me out were much more professional..
