I went in for eyelash extensions. The salon was very clean and my lash tech's customer service was great. My eyelashes looked amazing the day I left and that was the last time they looked great. I know eyelashes shed so after the next day I noticed some eyelashes shed, I didn't think anything of it. I made sure my eyelashes stayed dry for the first 24 hours and continued to keep them dry until the thirdOn the third day after continuous I shedding I noticed none of my natural eyelashes were attached to the extensions. My third time going here today. Overall this place is nice. Clean. Ppl are nice however I got annoyed today for two reasons. Granted I showed up the first time.. no appointment. My fault. I am rarely in town due to traveling so I was okay with setting an appt for later and coming back. However when I came back for the appointment which was a few hours later, i was kind of disappointed. The first time I came here they practically rolled out the red carpet. Offered my wine the whole 9. This time not so much. I'm from Atlanta and the options for nice nail salons are unlimited but not so much in Pensacola. I was excited because I literally had been ripping and running even went to the gym to waste time to come back to my appt. Not only did the nail tech not offer me ANYTHING to drink but I even asked...if that had the wine/rose I had last time because I really enjoyed it and it was a nice touch. His reply was...."idk do we?" I wasn't sure if he was joking or not but long story short. He proceeded on with doing my nails and completely bypassed me practically asking for a glass of wine. I think that is beyond rude. If you're going to offer a service at Least be consistent or acknowledge your customers. Now my instinct told me I should've just waited to get my nails done back in Atlanta but the first time I came here they did a great job so I gave them A chance again. Alright, I don't normally write reviews, but thought this was worth mentioning since I've never had this happen. I went in for the first time with a couple friends. Atmosphere was super nice, I loved the long working station so we could all sit together and chat. However, my nail tech was SO unfriendly. It's fine if you don't want to chat, but she was borderline rude. Wouldn't really have bothered me enough to say anything but, the manicure really turned out disappointing after a few days. I got acrylic powder - and my thumb started chipping about 2 days afterwards. After about a week, the whole top coating on both thumbs, just gone. (They had the same color and design as my other nails). After about two weeks, I got my finger in a jam, which hurt like I'll get out, and my nail pulled away. I know that was mainly due to my mistake, but I've never had one pull away so quickly, even after getting them jammed. I will say, I love the color and (while they lasted) they were beautiful. But I personally don't think i'll go back. read more

I came here to get a lash lift and tint because my cousin had just come here and her lashes looked really good, and the price was pretty reasonable. I walked in and I was lucky because they were able to squeeze me in. Not gonna lie the person who did mine did not do a good job. I think she was newish. In the middle of her applying the perm solution she said "your lashes are so straight, this is really hard." But I was already too far invested lol. And then she dropped the perm solution on the ground and I heard her tell someone there's no more. So yeah, on my right eye the outer lashes are semi curled while the inner half is still straight. And the left eye is mostly semi curled. Personally would not go back but maybe if you have already kind of curled lashes it will work better for you. But I've gotten a lash lift at another place in Pensacola and had no problem at all with the lift but just thought I would give this place a try. Although, I don't think there's any problems with the nail service because everyone I know who goes here who got their nails done has had really nice results. read more

Not the best manicure I've ever had but not the worst by far! The salon is clean and cute. The staff was attentive. I called ahead for a same day appointment and was greeted at the door. I signed in on an iPad for points I think? And was seated promptly. I was not offered any beverage. Some other customers had champagne I believe. The nail tech was good at what she did and friendly but I think she was rushed and that's why it's a 3 star for me. I really want to like this salon because it's so close to home. I've gone twice now and both times I've been dissatisfied. My actual nails have turned out just okay both visits. I'll show a picture of what I wanted vs what I got. I might even stick it out if that was the only issue. But that isn't the only issue. Both times I've made appointments and both times they were late by 30 + minutes. Worse than that every nail artist that I've sat with has been rude and impatient with me. I've felt like an inconvenience both times I've been. The reason I gave two stars is for the other staff. The receptionist was kind, people around me were kind but not the people I sat with. Nice inside small and compact. However, I went to "Tony" for my hands sns and pedicure feet. I added tips to my big m toes he put them on 1 toe tip was crocket.
