This place is the best! I always get my manicure done here for acrylics with Nancy and she does great!! All the other nail techs do great as well when I can't schedule with her. They are very welcoming and nice, as well as clean inside. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I went in for eyelash extensions. The salon was very clean and my lash tech's customer service was great. My eyelashes looked amazing the day I left and that was the last time they looked great. I know eyelashes shed so after the next day I noticed some eyelashes shed, I didn't think anything of it. I made sure my eyelashes stayed dry for the first 24 hours and continued to keep them dry until the thirdOn the third day after continuous I shedding I noticed none of my natural eyelashes were attached to the extensions. I'm not sure why but some of my eyelashes are no longer sticking to my natural eyelashes.

I love my nails I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I got even better results HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE

I am not one to hop around nail salons; I am loyal to my favorite salons and techs. If you are currently salon-hopping, look no further! I have always felt like family at Lashes and Nails Bar and my nails are ALWAYS on point. I always call ahead of time and make appointments and they are always willing to accommodate. I have even messaged them on Instagram before my appointment, showing them inspiration pictures or requesting changes in services! There are SO many colors to chose from that often times I show up early just to look through all of them, but all of the employees give great suggestions. Great service, even better results. Go check them out!

Alright, I don't normally write reviews, but thought this was worth mentioning since I've never had this happen. I went in for the first time with a couple friends. Atmosphere was super nice, I loved the long working station so we could all sit together and chat. However, my nail tech was SO unfriendly. It's fine if you don't want to chat, but she was borderline rude. Wouldn't really have bothered me enough to say anything but, the manicure really turned out disappointing after a few days. I got acrylic powder - and my thumb started chipping about 2 days afterwards. After about a week, the whole top coating on both thumbs, just gone. (They had the same color and design as my other nails). After about two weeks, I got my finger in a jam, which hurt like I'll get out, and my nail pulled away. I know that was mainly due to my mistake, but I've never had one pull away so quickly, even after getting them jammed. I will say, I love the color and (while they lasted) they were beautiful. But I personally don't think i'll go back.

They do great lashes . The main lady is the go to ! Pricing a higher than everyone else locally but they are worth it atleast as far as lashes go (:

Went for a Gel Mani and Shae was awesome!!!! They also do amazing pedicures, eye brow waxing and eyelashes.

The nail tech was good at what she did and friendly but I think she was rushed and that's why it's a 3 star for me. Definitely had the potential to be better and take a bit more care while trimming the cuticle and shaping the nail but it was economical for a gel removal and a regular polish manicure and so I'll be back to try again with a gel polish I think

I am new to the area. I tried another nail salon and was not impressed with the results. My nails were thick, lumpy and meh. Plus it seemed they were paying more attention to the walk ins coming in than the customer they were working on. Today I tried Lashes and Nails I am so happy! My nails are gorgeous. I felt my nail technician listened to what I wanted, recommended a better color choice for me when I was between two colors and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves (staff and customers). I came here to get a lash lift and tint because my cousin had just come here and her lashes looked really good, and the price was pretty reasonable. I walked in and I was lucky because they were able to squeeze me in. Not gonna lie the person who did mine did not do a good job. I think she was newish. In the middle of her applying the perm solution she said "your lashes are so straight, this is really hard." But I was already too far invested lol. And then she dropped the perm solution on the ground and I heard her tell someone there's no more. So yeah, on my right eye the outer lashes are semi curled while the inner half is still straight. And the left eye is mostly semi curled. Personally would not go back but maybe if you have already kind of curled lashes it will work better for you. But I've gotten a lash lift at another place in Pensacola and had no problem at all with the lift but just thought I would give this place a try. Although, I don't think there's any problems with the nail service because everyone I know who goes here who got their nails done has had really nice results. read more

LOVE this place. Brought my daughter here today to get her first manicure and these were my thoughts upon entering. 1- was greeted warmly and quickly. 2- the salon is gorgeous, clean, light and new 3- there is a bar with beer, wine, champagne and non alcoholic beverages for customers to sip while getting pampered 4- the people were friendly and did a great job on the manicure. 5- I'm DEF coming back alone or with a girlfriend for a moms treat :) read more

They convinced me to get Gel X because it would last longer and look better. Don't do it! I had a nail fall off after 1 day. At first I was so happy because they were perfect and I was in a wedding that weekend, but they didn't even last until the wedding. I had to glue it back on. Do not get Gel X!!! read more

I usually go to this salon for my pedicures, I never get anyone specific no particular reason why. Today I received the most lack luster service when it came to my actual pedicure ever. The girl I was assigned seem like she was afraid to touch my feet barely felt my massage and the shape and cleaning around my cuticles was very lazy. I came here to get a gel manicure as a spur of the moment and was super impressed! Staff is very welcoming and was immediately seated. Tons of gel colors to pick from and at a decent price. I typically pay $40-$50 and this was only $35. They also have a student discount Monday and Wednesday! Overall super clean, great service, and a good price! read more

I really want to like this salon because it's so close to home. I've gone twice now and both times I've been dissatisfied. My actual nails have turned out just okay both visits. I'll show a picture of what I wanted vs what I got. I might even stick it out if that was the only issue. But that isn't the only issue. Both times I've made appointments and both times they were late by 30 + minutes. Worse than that every nail artist that I've sat with has been rude and impatient with me. I've felt like an inconvenience both times I've been. The reason I gave two stars is for the other staff. The receptionist was kind, people around me were kind but not the people I sat with. I'd recommend asking to sit with someone who shows an ounce of compassion or kindness. Hopefully the people who are unhappy leave and find something more in line with their passions. read more

Nice inside small and compact. However, I went to "Tony" for my hands sns and pedicure feet. I added tips to my big m toes he put them on 1 toe tip was crocket. I had to say something then he fixed it .... okay.... fast forward he polished them .... after filing them but he left them big an whop like I had to guide him thru everything! So my nails I got sns I SHOWED HIM a picture of the color ... he got the closest color to it but he didn't attempt to see if it matched my toes lol effortless. But anywho... he rushed my nails "he rushed my nails" they are half done and when it can down to the shape He did almond like I asked but the oval was so ugly .... I just asked if he just make it almond.... he was hesitant and acted as if he wasn't going to do.... then .... fast forward .... for top coat I ASKED FOR THE GEL TOP COAT .... in which I had before .... he told me NO.... Very nice place! Modern, clean & welcoming atmosphere. I had to wait a bit - but in their defense - I didn't have an appointment. My nails look great! I got an acrylic fill & gel polish & am very pleased with them. My daughter got a new set & loves the shape - just wishes she'd gotten gel polish rather than regular. It doesn't have that POP that Gel has & the edges got messed up within hours. Will definitely go back! The staff was great & very entertaining as well as proficient read more

This is my go to nail salon when I'm in town! The staff is so friendly and the spa is clean and feels high end. One of my nails ended up getting smudged the evening after I got my nails painted and the spa owner was so nice about it and let me come back whenever was convenient for me to repair the nail. read more

My friend and I had a ladies day out and decided to go have a pedicure, stopped in at Lashes and Nails Bar. I have to say it was the BEST pedicure we both decided we have ever had. Get the works ... the bomb, the wax, the hot stones, the massage etc etc. Even with Covid-19 and it's limited restrictions we enjoyed our experience. 5 stars! !!! read more

I just had the best experience at a nail salon since moving to Pensacola. Lashes and Nails Bar is a beautiful salon in a new building. Everything sparkles with new and upscale. The staff is friendly and attentive. Whether you want to chat or be left to your own happy thoughts, they are customer focused. I had to remove old acrylics and just wanted a good manicure. I booked an appointment with Ashton for microshading (because after over a decade, I'm kind of tired of drawing my brows on every day!) Just as I remember her from almost 10 years ago when she used to do lashes, she was awesome! So sweet and so knowledgeable. She did a great job with my wonky brows! I wanted (or thought I did) my brows to look a certain way, so we agreed that I would come with them done how I normally do them so she could use that as a starting point and map the shape from there. I didn't even check the shape before we started because I trusted her and knew that she was going to get me right! I was SPOOKED the first day/couple of days because the shape was a little bolder and different than I expected, and you know when you're used to seeing your face a certain way every day, any minuscule change is going to be jarring to you (especially eyebrows LOL). BUT after they peeled and healed over in a few days, I L O V E D them. The color was PERFECT, the shape was PERFECT, they looked amazing. There were a couple of little parts that I wanted touched up, which we did two weeks later (on the dot), and now they are legit AMAZING. I am so happy I did this, and after so many years of considering it, I'm SO GLAD I waited until I ironically ended up in Ashton's orbit again and I was able to have her do them!

She was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Her salon is so cozy and modern. It felt like a spa and was so calming and peaceful that I almost fell asleep! I 10/10 would NEVER recommend coming to this nail salon. Just because the inside is fancy does not mean the quality of work is. There are so many other business in Pensacola to support that actually do great nails. This place unfortunately is not.

My third time going here today. Overall this place is nice. Clean. Ppl are nice however I got annoyed today for two reasons. Granted I showed up the first time.. no appointment. My fault. I am rarely in town due to traveling so I was okay with setting an appt for later and coming back. However when I came back for the appointment which was a few hours later, i was kind of disappointed. The first time I came here they practically rolled out the red carpet. Offered my wine the whole 9. This time not so much. I'm from Atlanta and the options for nice nail salons are unlimited but not so much in Pensacola. I was excited because I literally had been ripping and running even went to the gym to waste time to come back to my appt. Not only did the nail tech not offer me ANYTHING to drink but I even asked...if that had the wine/rose I had last time because I really enjoyed it and it was a nice touch. His reply was...."idk do we?" I wasn't sure if he was joking or not but long story short. He proceeded on with doing my nails and completely bypassed me practically asking for a glass of wine. I think that is beyond rude. If you're going to offer a service at Least be consistent or acknowledge your customers. Now my instinct told me I should've just waited to get my nails done back in Atlanta but the first time I came here they did a great job so I gave them A chance again. I am a manager in the automotive industry and I am big on being consistent and customer service and today I felt like I wasted my time and money. I had my daughter's 5th birthday party there. They made 10 pedicure appointments for me at 9am and accommodated 5 little girls and 5 adults. They made my daughter and her friends feel like princesses and had true patience with the chaos! My daughter and I have had multiple great experiences here, that's why we keep returning but I love how they made all 10 of us feel special! Recently moved to the area and was desperate to find a place to do mani, pedi, wax brows and eyelash extensions all in the same day due to getting married in 2 days! This place was awesome, everyone was super friendly and amazing at what they did. The eyelash tech was very gentle and played soothing music which was a nice touch. Everything was wonderful! I'm new to this side of town and wanted to try a new nail salon. I called to check out the prices and if they took walk ins. Best eyebrow wax in Pensacola and friendly staff!! I've done threading in the past but left with missed hairs! I appreciate the time they took to make my eyebrows look perfect and even! In short they told me to come in then didn't take me. Wasted $40 to get here. I walked in when I said I would and they said sorry not enough time. Last time when I came here I also asked for classics and a more natural look and they ended up giving me dark volume lashes. I don't appreciate this place at all. read more
