When I moved to the Gulf coast I was nervous in finding another Lash stylist because there was no brands I was familiar with. I am so happy to have been referred to Melisa at Luxe because she is amazing and my lashes are always . They are a little more expensive than what I am used to but the quality is phenomenal. The studio is very clean and well decorated. The owners and the other staff are very friendly. My natural lashes are long but thin and sparse so I opt for volume lashes.

They didn't provide me any service but charged me the full price for a service I DID NOT GET!! Currently in talks with my bank to launch an investigation into the fraudulent charge and also considering further legal action. What happened: I called on Wednesday for a Thurs morning appt. I'm a first-time customer at this store and they offered me the first-timer price of $99. My bigger concern was if they could do the lash type I wanted - I even offered to send pics of what I wanted to confirm. The lady on the phone assured me the therapist would work with me to do the style I wanted but that she couldn't receive pictures but if I was worried, I could walk in and show pics to the therapist instead. So we fixed the appt for the next morning 10am. When I showed up, they told me it would be an extra $45 for removal (I had asked on the phone the day before and they said it would be a negligible fee). Then they said on top of the $99, it would be $65 extra for the style I wanted. So I said ok, total $209 is too much above the initial price (DOUBLE!!) and said I don't want to proceed. All this took only 5-10 mins (didn't even get taken to the room). They immediately said if I cancel they will charge me 50% of the fee anyway for no-show. I flat out refused saying that the lady on the phone yesterday said I can come and talk to the therapist and DID NOT inform me of any such no show fee. They just repeated that they will be charging me... FOR WHAT? NO SERVICE PROVIDED. I left the store and the next day saw that they had charged the FULL CHARGE OF $99 FOR ZERO SERVICE. DESPICABLE! SCAM!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
