As he was leaving he mentioned he would email later that day with an estimate. The appointment was Wednesday April 14th. It is now Sunday April 25th and I've still yet to revive an estimate. He also said my son could just as easily poke his eye out or stab himself with an aye corn or twig! If this was a professional job they should have made all cuttings in a separate area where they would have newspaper or cardboard down.
