Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with. We were trying to deal with our roadside assistance( absolutely no help at all) when I called This business and The owner Rick answered and not only got us a tow he also helped my family get a ride to his business. He replaced our tire within 20 minutes and had us on the road. Our insurance company had us waiting 2 hours on a dangerous highway with trying to get us just a tow mind you and told us basically to figure out taxi service. There aren't too many good guys out there anymore and I believe by the grace of god he sent us Rick. (Read the fine print that most people don't) they jack the price up on vehicles that have issues so that when you find the issues they can lower the price for you or offer to make the repairs to make you feel like you are getting a "deal" I ended up paying more because I needed a vehicle now and couldn't afford to wait for a good deal to come around... don't put yourself in my shoes, have patience. Don't be fooled, these guys are out to make money and don't give a crap about you. They are not your friends and will gladly let you buy that truck with a bad transmission and not say a word about it. Don't be fooled! Do your inspections! The cars on the lot are there for a reason! Explained situation to intake person Kory, and worked on differential fluid change. Problem persisted and we had to order new transmission ($4000) and considered $1500 labor. Luckily problem has seemed to resolve with fluid change, they refunded my $ for transmission, only charged for fluid change. They were VERY good with communication, not up-selling, straight shooters. While they may charge a tad more than others, it is worth their quality and honesty any day!

I was very frustrated and looked up an actual car/tire repair shop. I waited 30 min for them to open but the front desk person let some employees in when they arrived. I asked if I could get my tires checked. A gentleman clocked in early & resolved my problem. They were so kind.
