Second time was to replace an automatic window mechanism which had stopped working. They were $100 more than a different mechanic but I trusted them. Third time involved 3 stages. I was out of town and my pet sitter was instructed to start my car every few days. The car wouldn't start a week into my trip. When I got home I called Tim's. Josh came out, said it was the battery and they charged $50 for the home visit and $80 for the battery. Within a week it would not start. Josh came put with a new battery upgrade and this time it was $50 for the home visit and apparently $100 for the battery. Within a couple of days, car would not start. I had it hauled in to Tim's and the diagnosis was that the inside overhead light was left on. That was $100 for all the running around. I asked for receipts for the 3 interventions and I got the runaround for two weeks from "the cash girl". Next week, next week, next week was the runaround. I never got receipts, and I gave up which sadly I think was their goal. I trusted them and got burned. They might not do this to other people but I would never trust them again. Very sad. They installed it and said it now pulls left and right when you accelerate which never happened before. I immediately could tell the alignment is clearly off as you can see in the photo (steering wheel is straight) they told me they did align it and get get the sheet. they also said something else might be wrong and to bring it back if I want them to figure it out. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, being cussed at and chewed out and even when that happened I've never treated a customer that way. I wasn't being rude to you until you decided to treat me like that. Awful and you should be ashamed.

Then didn't even note the concerns for manager that was dealing with my repairs. I kept saying there was something off with the hood. Every update from them I inquired about the hood. Oh they didn't look at it but will. Got the call the car was done, again I asked about the hood, Kathy stated she didn't see anything on invoice or notes about the hood, so I asked to speak to manager. Then was told oh yeah we adjusted the hood. And then listed hood adjusting on invoice but no cost, which they charged for every other little thing they did or used. Then I inspected it and the hood was still off and had tons of pushing give, makes a large noise and had a huge gap. But was told oh that's normal. Crazy how it didn't do that before getting hit.
