I ordered few items for graduation of my daughter and I requested them to send to me them by certain date. Instead of sending me items in promised 2-3 days, after day-4, I had to follow up via email and in return they asked me when is the graduation. After back-n-forth then the told me they can't send items to me before graduation and if I still need them, I told them yes I still need them. I did not receive items for another 10 days. When I called, they said - oh since we could not send before graduation do you want to cancel it? I really needed items asap - so I still continued the order and asked them to ship items ASAP. However, they decided not to ship me the items by them selves without contacting me - while I am still sitting here and waiting eagerly for the emotional graduation gifts. Our family was not happy at all. When I called them after 10 days of wait, I was told - oh since we missed graduation date - do you want to cancel the order? Basically they neither made nor shipped the order even after me waiting for more than 2 weeks.
