We first discussed everything I wanted on the invites as well as I showed some samples of what direction I wanted the card to look like. A week later I was given 3 samples I could choose from which were all well thought out! A day or two later my invites & envelopes were ready for pick up. Mine were done fairly quickly since I decided to write out my addresses myself, but if you want they can put your addresses on for you. Let me say both Laura and Brittany were both professional and incredibly nice during the entire process. I can't explain how happy I am with my marriage ceremony invitations! The process took less than 2 weeks and the price was very reasonable (yes, they honor their yelp promotions.. yay!) I received so many compliments from my guests that I knew I made the right decision by going with Posh Paper. I felt like my guests were more excited about the wedding date because of the awesome invites. As far the customer service, you could ask for better. I am not the typical bride. I had no idea what I was supposed to do when it came to invites. The team from posh paper had so many samples that I was able to pick and choose elements from all types of invites. Since I was getting married on St. Patrick's Day weekend I wanted to incorporate an Irish symbol. The team from Posh designed proofs with different options for the Irish symbol. They did the legwork and all I had to do was to pick my favorite. Another great thing about Posh is that they do practically all the work... full service. The only thing I did was stuffing the envelopes. . After the consultation, my proofs were done within the next week. When I confirmed my proofs, the product was ready for pickup in a week. Great customer service. The price is dependent how elaborate you want your invites. During my consultation, I was advised at what would cost more or less with each decision. Printed paper or plain? Three layers or two? I was very appreciative that Posh let me know the cost of each decision as we going. They didn't wait till I fell in love with the most elaborated invite before hitting me with the high price tag. My invites looked fabulous and I didn't go over budget. Very nice work. Laura helped me through the entire process. I came in looking to get my wedding invites printed using a set I already purchased elsewhere and using a design that my sister created. They were happy to help me out even though I basically just needed them to print for me. I met with Laura, she made sure the card stock was adequate, and instructed me exactly how she needed the file to be emailed to her. After dropping off the supplies and emailing her the .jpeg file, I waited for a call. They did get more busy then I think they anticipated with the holidays and so my order took longer than expected, but their communication was great. She called and emailed me when the proofs were done and she was patient when I called a lot to see if they were done being printed (seeing as how I was on a timeline as well). I did not have the wonderful experience that others are raving about. The phone lines were down throughout the time I needed invitations. When I was told that this company would actually address the rsvp envelopes and outer envelopes, I was elated. I discovered that in order for that to happen, I would need to format each guests name into a specified excel sheet. I was not allowed to simply send a listing of guests---I had to do the appropriate formatting. OR they would do it and charge me extra for each person who was listed. We lost time because I could not reach them (phone lines were down) and because I had to actually do data entry for my own requested order. When I asked for an adjustment to the total cost because of the inconvenience of not being able to talk and review, the owner suggested that something was probably wrong with my phone and refused to adjust the cost. How insulting--especially after she told me that AT&T had told her that her phone was in fax mode. While the invitations were beautiful, the whole experience was exasperating. Not to mention, when I went to pick up my order, it was not ready. I was really hoping to make this my go to printing supplier, I will not be doing this and I do not expect that Laura will have the professionalism to express regret for my inconvenience as a customer. #movingon read more

Went in today for a consultation about wedding invitations..after about an hour we found what we wanted for this special day! Laura was extremely helpful, positive and most importantly patient to our ideas and calling my mom almost for every decision lol thanks for being super understanding and hearing us out about what we wanted. Super excited to see the final product:) She definitely knows her stuff and has lots of input and isn't afraid of giving recommendations. Me and fiancé never felt rushed and she went into detail about everything. I really don't know how people do this online..so much detail, but to be able to see and feel what we like was definitely what we liked. The invitations are definitely the first look our guests will see of our wedding and I'm confident it will be amazing! Yes it can be more than if you were to do it online but the experience and the quality of the professionalism is priceless! They can expedite prints as well which we are doing, so we can get ours done in a week but there is cost FYI! Bring any ideas you may have, they're open to them! We received many compliments from family about how nice our wedding invitations were.
