Sometimes if a friend and I want to use the same color, we'll just put it on one person's plate, which ends up giving us more color options overall! There's also a guide on each table with tips for different ceramic painting techniques. There's a cup of various styles and sizes of paintbrushes, and you can also request for a thin bottle for writing or detail-work. You get two hours to paint, but I've never felt rushed with either picking my piece or during the actual painting process. The staff here are always so attentive, courteous, and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. I've noticed that when it gets super busy and you need a paint refill and someone hasn't come by, don't be afraid to raise your hand or walk over to someone, everyone is super friendly. I have spent weeks trying to resolve this issue professionally and patiently, and I am extremely disappointed by the way your company has handled it. The class was canceled by your company - not by me - yet I have still not received either a replacement class, a gift card, or a refund despite numerous attempts to contact your team. I have called multiple times (at least seven separate occasions) and was repeatedly told that my information and emails would be passed along to management. I was later informed by an employee that my concerns were apparently never even documented or forwarded. That level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a business handling customers' money. I was initially told I could reschedule into another class, but then informed that no one even knows when another Fort Worth pop-up class will happen. After that, I was promised a gift card, which I also never received. At this point, I have been given nothing but inconsistent answers, ignored communications, and false assurances while your company continues to hold over $300 of my money. Your policy regarding missed classes is irrelevant in this situation because I did not fail to attend a scheduled class -- your company canceled the event and failed to provide a reasonable alternative afterward. 1 am formally requesting a full refund of $300.94 immediately. The workshop was well received by all my colleagues (~50 people). In addition, Melissa executed this workshop among a few different locations, making the effort to get our other offices all the materials in advance. I would highly recommend Melissa in any corporate event. Melissa and I had a few calls and traded a number of emails about this event. While she was responsive to my questions, she was also able to run with the event without much guidance. The day of the event, Melissa arrived on time (early) to set up, taking care to protect the tables with disposable tablecloths. She set out all the materials (including decorative rocks and pretty colored moss) and guided participants through the workshop. She was happy to answer any questions. Afterwards, she cleaned up quickly and thoroughly. My colleagues thought the event was relaxing; it was a nice team building and we created something pretty for our office. It can be stressful working with Type A people (me) and in company events, and I was blown away by Melissa's dedication. We would be happy to work with Melissa again.
