Our most recent experience, Joseph, was great!! Called ahead, was very friendly, and explained everything really well. He even offered to show me the part that went bad when I asked about the life expectancy of these pumps, since we have paid for repair and replacement about every 3-4 years. You just have to know that these systems need regular maintenance and being that they run 24/7, parts go bad. In this case, a rubber flap called a diaphragm.

Called Thursday and scheduled an appointment for a full septic system pump late Friday afternoon…read more Friday morning at 9am they call and ask if they can come immediately because the two people before us cancelled. We couldn't accommodate the change and asked if 12pm would be ok. They confirmed it would be fine. At 3pm no one had come and no one had called so we started calling. First the tech that had called in the morning. No answer. Then the main office line, again no answer. Left messages with both numbers and now it's 6pm and still have not gotten any returned calls and no one ever came. Don't make the same mistake and waste your whole day waiting for a company that will ghost you. UPDATE: changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. About 10 minutes after posting this we got a call and they showed up a little over 30 minutes later. Got the job done but they didn't leave until after 8:30pm. Chuck was extremely friendly and informative. My only complaint is them showing up over 6 hours late with no communication. If they had called to let me know they would be late, I would have given the full 5 stars.
