I was so impressed with both her professionalism and her warmth. The Spa only serves one client at a time so it makes for an even more tranquil environment. I have had several Gel manicures and have been impressed with the care Emily takes and the quality of her work. My nails look beautiful even after three weeks of gardening. I'm fussy about cleanliness so was so pleased to see that the instruments are sterile and files etc. are one time use. I have also had an eyelash tint and perm. Emily made the experience seem less. She was so gentle I started to doze off. Again the results were beautiful. I can't recommend this Spa highly enough and primarily because of Emily. Had the massage asked for a receipt to claim my insurance back in Ontario, was given a receipt. Back in Ontario tried to claim my massage only to find out the young woman was not a RMT.
