Not only was the service disorganized, but I also felt I was overcharged for such a simple removal service. The overall experience felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff was rude, communication was poor, and there was no effort made to provide a welcoming experience- even something as simple as a polite goodbye was missing. I chose a deluxe pedicure for $50 and it was definitely worth it. I received a wonderful leg and foot massage, hot stones were used, warm towels, paraffin wax, exfoliant, lotion, and more. I have the potential for ingrown nails on my big toes, Tina took the time to make sure that my nails were properly trimmed and removed the cuticles with precise care. I came back later after my brunch when I saw more people inside and asked to get my gel removed. She came over and said I had asked for regular polish removal earlier.
