I had to leave in the middle of my manicure. I was clear in my request for SNS dip from the beginning. Even said it multiple times. The tech started my manicure and when it was time to add color, I reminded them I wanted SNS and not gel. They tried to convince me to get gel despite me saying no numerous times. Got charged for a manicure and left with my nails worst than when I showed up.

This place is amazing and Lynn is the best !i highly recommend this place also the best pedicure

First of all, very clean salon, I like how they use disposable nail kit every time. Secondly, friendly employees. Overall great experience with one the best pedicure I ever had ( great leg rub, perfect polish), I went with gel polish since it lasted a-lot longer than regular( been a month and the polish still great), be back soon.

I will start off by saying that I am someone that does my own nails at home and I was not pleasantly surprised by the service that I got at Lynn's. I had a very specific design in mind and when I asked for it I was told that it would take 30 minutes, I was surprised because when I do my nails the application itself takes an hour, the application was so rushed that less than 2 hours after my appointment, 2 nails had already popped off. And by now (3 day later) all of the nails have popped off. The design was sloppy and non cohesive, instead of a clean pattern it was a weird uninformed mess of dots. I will say that the woman that did my nails was extremely kind and was obviously talented, I think that if she were to have not rushed the nails would have turned out very nice. Personally, I would have preferred to spend 2 hours getting my nails done and then look good and last 2-3 weeks than 30 minutes for them to pop off immediately. For the $80 I spent I am quite disappointed. I am sad to be leaving a review like this because I really did like the employee that did my nails but I just thought I would share my experience.

I've found the nail studio I've been looking for: straight forward, really amazing service, and great quality. Hannah does not blink with every photo I bring her of what I want, and Lynn is the kindest person. AND, they have parking right in front. I found them because they open earlier than other studios, but I feel so lucky. Attention to detail, clean, comfortable without being bougie: and did I say affordable? YES. It's a lovely place to be as far as the new furniture chairs. Staff was friendly. But one thing concerned me a great deal. When she finished using nail clippers and nail equipment, she did not clean it. She put it back into her bag. This concerns me a great deal read more

Dropped into this spot hoping to get a pedicure. I think the staff were a bit confused why I was there and curious what I wanted. Nobody said, "may I help you?". Once I said, "can I get a pedicure?", they jumped into action and the service from that point was great. Really interesting first time experience. Well after waiting a whole 15 years before getting a pedicure. I stumbled off the packed freeway and pulled into this gem. Lynn did my nails herself and she took great care of me massaging my legs and feet I was relaxed the who time. I also met Clare and Rona and took a trip down memory lane talking about our old elementary school. She offered champagne but I took water. I won't be waiting another 15 years to get my pedi and next time I'll take the drink. read more

I haven't had my nails done in many years so was very excited to get a gel manicure. I walked in and they were able to see me within an hour. Both people working were very nice. I only took a star off because my gel mani started chipping 5 days later. I know that gel manicures are supposed to last much longer than 5 days - so that was very disappointing. I was hoping to make this a regular spot to get my nails done every couple weeks, but no way can I afford to get them done weekly. I do work a job where I type a lot, so maybe that is why they chipped so soon. Overall it was a nice experience and my nails looked beautiful for 5 days, but after that they all started chipping so I'm not sure if I'll be back or if I'll try another nail salon. read more

So last time I was here the nails were ok but the lady that served me was pretty rude. She barely acknowledged me as she did my nails except to snap at me to loosen up my fingers. Against my better judgement I went again and I'm really wishing I hadn't. Today I called ahead to see if they had time for a walk-in manicure and they said they did. The entire time the man who did my nails keep spinning around to watch the X Factor on TV. He filed down one had shorter and almost skipped the other until I said something. It was pretty obvious he was rushing through it (may have been because a few other appointments showed up part way through) and didn't even bother to make sure all of my old nail polish was removed (see picture below). He rushed through my manicure so much that he actually took a chunk out of my finger with the nail file. And instead of finishing off my manicure with oil and lotion, he quickly slapped some oil on my fingers and told me to rub it in. I guess one thing is that he did shape my eyebrows pretty nicely, which he has done on other occasions before. With 4 other nails salons within a quarter mile radius of the area, I'd pick a different one. I look forward very much to my manicures and I'm pretty upset at this experience. read more

The staff was rude, communication was poor, and there was no effort made to provide a welcoming experience- even something as simple as a polite goodbye was missing. If you're looking for a salon that values customer service and respects its customers' time, I would suggest trying another nail salon. Everyone here is super sweet, helpful, and I am always happy with how my nails look and feel. I work a lot with my hands, both with typing for work and also cleaning around the house with two busy teens, and my gel mani always lasts at least 2 weeks. I also get gel pedis here, and I love how spacious the salon is, so you do not feel like you are breathing in a lot of toxic fumes. I highly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. I love all the nail technicians who have helped me, and will keep coming here in the future.

Midway through my partners pedicure, the tech walked away and my girl was left to finish his pedi. This wasn't a relaxing or enjoyable experience. The lack of music made it feel strange too. We were ready to be pampered and pay for deluxe pedicures, but this was the last time we'll get our nails done here.

Kris took my shoulder length hair and cut it into an AMAZING shag. (And provided fantastic conversation while doing it, really they're super cool.) I love it so much! I've gone from a girl who only wore her hair in a ponytail or braids to keeping it unbound. I've gotten so many compliments and I just love the cut -- I can wear it straightened and curly and it looks just as good both ways. She responded very quickly to my message quickly when I expressed dissatisfaction with my hair afterward, and offered to redo the color but I'd rather wait for my hair to grow out as it's several inches too short and already has layers of color in it. I arrived at 11am for an appointment that my confirmation said would last until 1:30pm and we didn't finish until 4pm. She did my cut first and then did the baby lights- they added nice color and dimension to the hair as desired. But she then did my roots and combed the color through. While my color was processing, someone arrived for a haircut and had their haircut done while my color sat. Around 45 minutes later, my color was washed out and was darker than I expected- most of the baby lights were no longer visible. She mentioned the color will fade to be lighter as expected, but the result was surprising. I also asked for 2 inches or so to be cut, and mentioned I wanted to be able to put my hair in a ponytail still. When facing the mirror, the length was going great and she showed me it could still go in a ponytail. When turned around, I lost several inches for some reason and there was no going back. She took off even more in the back, and I left unable to put my hair in a ponytail. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication and she thought I wanted the grow out to be able to be in a ponytail, but I don't think so since she initially showed me she could put it in a ponytail. By 4pm I was tired and hungry and ready to get home- she asked if I wanted to see the hair blown out and styled which I did but just wasn't up for given the 5 hours I'd been there so I said no. There was also another person waiting for their 4pm appointment to start. When I did straighten it at home, I was surprised by my hair. I've gotten cuts that suit curly hair on many occasions and have always been able to wear the cuts straight too. This cut when straight appears uneven and choppy. The transition to the short back is awkward. She'd mentioned that at the end she'd go through and do any evening, cutting of long pieces etc needed but by then, as I'd mentioned, someone had shown up for another appointment at 4 and no additional cutting was done. I'm not sure if it was an off day, if my hair just took a few hours longer than expected or if she typically stacks appointments but things seemed rushed between the clients. I've never had someone try to do a whole haircut while dye sits on and I felt like my dye was likely left on too long due to it which resulted in the darker hair and missing baby lights. I've included pictures of my hair before the appointment length wise, what I asked for, and what I got. Given the many positive reviews, I'd say this could be chalked up to an off experience but given the starkly different results I thought it was worth sharing.

I really wanted to have a good experience here because Lynn seems like such a sweet person, but unfortunately my visit didn't go well. During my nail appointment, I was cut multiple times around my cuticles, which caused a lot of irritation and burning on three of my nails. It was uncomfortable and painful, and I was disappointed that the only compensation offered was $5 off my set considering the damage and discomfort I left with.
