Brewing filtered water, to a very hot degree and then pouring the water over 'Westrock Coffee Co.' grounds brought out very, very delightful nutty, caramel-hued brew with almondy, grassy, banana-ish notes of coffee beans.. The next morning I asked around, and found out that the Westrock brand was a local one, familiar to many in North Little Rock! Some shops and grocers actually sold the brand from their shelves and I ended up buying some of it, to take home - and it was even better upon brewing it in my own kitchen..
