I regularly took all four of my vehicles to these locations--usually every two weeks and sometimes weekly--depending on which location was less busy. After being overcharged and receiving a car wash that was not completed properly, I contacted the owner to express my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner accused me of trying to "get over," hung up on me, and said, "You people always try to get over." I found that statement extremely rude, disrespectful, and troubling. Who exactly are "you people"? As a Black customer, I could only question whether the comment was directed at Black people. After consistently supporting this business with four vehicles, I never expected to be treated this way simply for making a legitimate complaint. I will never return to either location. The service was overpriced, the quality of the work was poor, and the owner's response was completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

He took care of my car and I was in an out so quickly! All hand wash and it did not take long at all! They accept Venmo/Apple Pay/credit card and cash! When Dominic came out I was already kind of uneasy Bc i didn't know him and I live alone. his demeanor and personality put me at ease. he also didn't want to keep my keys longer than needed so he returned them promptly which really put me at ease. He put so much time into his work. It was very detailed and thorough and he was on time. He was upfront about the pricing and there were no surprises. I have two dogs and my car was filthy I am embarrassed to say. The backseat was covered in dog hair. I already tried vacuuming it up and I couldn't get it all off but he was able to. The small white dog hair was embedded in the upholstery. To tell you how thorough and detailed he was, there was a small slot where I keep all my change it was really dirty and it had a lot of coins in it so I didn't expect him to clean that. But at the end of the detail he put all my change and everything in that slot in a bag and cleaned it for me I was really impressed. He bought his own compressor and water and didn't need to use anything of mine or anything on the premises. He was prepared and brought everything he needed to do a great job.
