The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

I thought they were just going to spot-shampoo but they really went out and did the whole dang thing. PLUS a quick exterior wash, which I reminded them I didn't need, they said same price, and then really it wasn't that quick because they specifically washed windows, tires, etc. just wow. Marcus was amazing and came same day to take a look and came the next day with all the disinfectant and materials needed. He is very responsive, very punctual, and even called a few days later to check that the terrible smell we had was dissipating (it wasn't yet), so he brought an oxidizer box for us - all included in the price.
