I regularly took all four of my vehicles to these locations--usually every two weeks and sometimes weekly--depending on which location was less busy. After being overcharged and receiving a car wash that was not completed properly, I contacted the owner to express my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner accused me of trying to "get over," hung up on me, and said, "You people always try to get over." I found that statement extremely rude, disrespectful, and troubling. Who exactly are "you people"? As a Black customer, I could only question whether the comment was directed at Black people. After consistently supporting this business with four vehicles, I never expected to be treated this way simply for making a legitimate complaint. I will never return to either location. The service was overpriced, the quality of the work was poor, and the owner's response was completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The employees were friendly, however I am not sure why there is a request for a tip when they are not washing, drying or vacuuming your car. I personally thought the prices was a little high and will look for a place that does hand washing next time. This will be an emergency stop. I have confirmed this on three trips there so far. While exiting the car wash I noticed there was a young man standing on the curb & tried to point me to turn left. I assuming he would assist with washing the inside area of your car as he has towels and spray bottles. I'm almost 99% sure he is not affiliated with Mister Car Wash but not knocking the hustle.

I selected the $30 wash with the special ceramic coat. The staff is friendly and my car was decently clean. The machine failed to completely remove bird feces and dead insects from the hood and front bumper however they have plenty of clean microfiber rags and cleaning supplies and I was able to touch up the areas on my own. I am a member of one of the wash clubs so for 3999 a month I get unlimited services. I do appreciate the unlimited wash and as I said it does a great job on the outside I use it often. So I do recommend them for the exterior wash and for the convenient location but until they get those vacuums up to par on a consistent basis I cannot recommend them with five stars!

A little pricey if you don't work fast enough to beat the 4 minute countdown to wash your car. I think it averages out to a dollar a minute. And you have to pay to vacuum as well. Sometimes between work, life, and just making it through the day is enough stress, when someone else can pick up the slack for some bucks, I go for it. First, where are all the detailers?! Those that I found didn't answer the phone or return my calls, and I was being super impatient so I kept it moving. After searching for a bit longer, I gave up and figured, "...I guess I'll just wash my own car!" (Lol like, girl get up!) So I began searching for car washes and came across East Point Car Wash - perfection. When I arrived, I noticed it was a busy Saturday! There were plenty of customers using the various stations around the car wash, perfect day for some car love I assume. I parked behind another car and waited for my time to enter. But before I did, I lowkey freaked out because I only saw the cash/change machine but no ATMs/Card readers and I only had a card - yikes! So I quickly drove around the corner and got some cash... only to return and see that there wer card readers in the wash bays - man! Lol. BUT - the cash was used and didn't go to waste lol but know that you can use your card here. :) I'm a late in life driver and feel like I've only washed my own car like 3x in life, and have washed more cars for charitable efforts than anything else. Well, I may owe some folks some refunds because I was not that good when I first started washing my car this day lol. I love that the dial has so many options that are easy to choose from + the extendable broom/sprayer/tools, and there's ample space to move around. But I was still a bit confused on some things but lucky me, there were plenty of helpful Uncles around to assist me while dropping some southern charm at the same time lol. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the assistance offered, they were all kind and respectful and offered to wash it all for me. How sweet! I accepted the helpful tips (like the one that told me to use the engine cleaner to get off hard spots - brilliant) and was happy to know they were around if help was needed. Each function was so great + the vacuum section and fragrance options = so worth it! My only complaint is that you're not offered much time for your $4-$5 required purchase. I feel like I was racing to wash my little car in that time frame and definitely spent about $20 to wash the whole thing. BUT - it does look fantastic! I will absolutely be back and this time, I'm letting one of those nice gentlemen wash my car because maybe they'll do it faster and save me some $ while I look pretty. So if you see me sitting on the sidelines drinking my Pistachio Latte while some nice gentleman washes my car, please mind your business and don't ask questions lol!
