The time of my scheduled pick up passed with no bus in sight. I finally got a return call from the owner and Lorraine, who both informed me that the bus was 15 minutes away. I got the drivers contact number and found out that the driver they gave me was actually headed to another client location and apparently no bus was headed to my home. Apparently, this "company" does not own the busses and actually sub contracts the work to others...in an extremely disorganized manner. When I called the owner of this poor excuse of a company to inform him what the driver told me, he responded with "oh shit!" And literally hung up on me. Called back again to be hung up on again. In the end, I had 15 unhappy people on my lawn waiting to leave. I missed my dinner reservation and was charged for the no-show. This issue ruined a bachelorette party night out that I literally spent thousands of dollars organizing. If you're looking for a real party bus experience, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT risk your luck with this horrible company and it's ridiculous excuse of an owner.

Good space for parking once we found the building. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The bathroom was clean and provided Bath & Body Works lotion! The building was large, nicely decorated, and beautifully set-up for an event that's known to sell-out within hours of posting their dates & locations. The bar did take credit cards, but the drink choices were limited. There was also a vendor there that sold $10 wine glasses. I've been to painting events and felt like the space was tight, but here I was able to enjoy myself and not feel like I was going to knock over my neighbors paint brushes!!! After a night of painting, wine, and dancing all I need was some sleep (and epsom salt)...

The room was beautifully decorated and lined with pink pedicure massage chairs the perfect size for kids allowing all girls to receive full Mani/Pedi's and Facials! Cotton candy topped mocktails surrounded by great music and shouts of "Happy Birthday" keeping the festivities fun and alive! This was a great pamper party giving the divas a chance to party and relax and wind down for their sleepover! The Dazzle Girls that facilitated the party were perfect and knew exactly how to cater to little girls! I booked nearly a month in advance and up until the day of the wedding, the company had been responsive and I had received fairly high customer service. The company had charged me in weekly installments and by the day of our event, I had fully paid them. Then on the day of my own wedding, I get a text and then some calls from the driver around 2 pm (the bus was due at out house at 4:30) saying they had to cancel on us because of issues with the bus. I like to think of myself as a reasonable guy and I get that buses can break down. But to find out a few hours beforehand that they have no other options for us, and on my wedding day, was infuriating and super stressful. The company made no other offers, such as a smaller bus and I never received a call or apology from the owner after this fiasco. (We were able to book another bus at the last moment from Action Limousines and they delivered excellent service.) Do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.
