I typically avoid being that customer that comes in moments before a business closes, especially considering this was a Sunday evening. I had already committed to leaving post in search of a good wash and the hotel I'm staying at has a serious bird issue if you know what I mean. I have to say I am very impressed with the amount of effort the workers put into prepping my vehicle before the wash as well as drying the glass and mirror portions of the exterior afterwords. I don't know about what's happened with everyone else, but I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly, helpful and did an excellent job of pre-scrubbing away all the bugs and debris that was struck on the front of my Mini Cooper convertible. Brought my car here for cleaning after a road trip. Paid 16 dollars for the car wash only to get home and find that there were still bugs on my car. Did none of the employees see that? So the guy who dried my car just wiped his wet towel all over the bugs still stuck to my car huh? Wish I had seen this before I gave him a tip. Took my truck to Shine Carwash and had to go through twice. After the second time the truck was still covered in soap and dirt. No rinse. Spoke to the manager and he said "you been through twice, and that's road tar it won't come off" I wiped it gently and it came off. He said " that's coming from your door jam" opened the door and my door jam is clean(I keep mine clean) told him I need my money back and he said "no we tried to make you happy". The point of spending $16 on a wash is to get it clean and all the soap off. This car wash has become a joke. So far so good... The attendants are washing all of the mud off of my car before I go into the wash. The car wash on Sheridan Rd. would not do that, even though they have attendants they said they couldn't run it through with mud. I thought that's what the attendants were there for. The guys at Shine did a great job! Didn't complain or try to up charge. I'll be back! IT GETS BETTER! The guy drying my car asked if I had time to run the car back through because they didn't get all the mud off. So he ran me back through free of charge... I love this place and think its the best car wash in Lawton. The have a great crew who will prewash you car (for free) before the run it through the tunnel and then they turn around and towel dry it for free....no one else does that. The free vacuums are a plus too but more than anything, the fact that they get the car cleaner than any other carwash I have ever known is the the reason for 5 stars! read more

Decent place with a decent car wash. I am giving it 4 stars. The only recommendation would be to look into an interior cleaning. I wish there was a place I could get my interior deep cleaned. The car wash has excellent hours and the workers there are friendly. I have purchased the hot wax service and was pleased to see 98% of the caked on bugs were removed and the water would bead up when the car got wet. I just signed up for the monthly membership. It was a little difficult at first to get it set up but management made it happen. I look forward to continued business with this car wash. Thanks! read more

Went to the car wash today and the owner gave me a free car wash and also threw in a free wax job as well. He also made sure the attendants actually dried my car and made sure it was spotless. My All Time favorite Place To Wash my Car. I have the express wash package, and never have to get out of my car for the wash process. My car always comes out looking so pretty,and clean! Before you enter the wash the staff will rinse your car, when you exit there is also a staff member waiting to dry your sparkling beauty. OHH YEAH NO WATER SPOTS!!! Only took the Mgmt TWO years to respond to a negative post I made back in 2013. However, they did make changes and when I gave them another shot - they knocked it out of the part and became my "Go To" Carwash in Lawton until I left town recently. Nozzles that rinse your car are broken For months so it leaves soap on your mirrors I've said something to quite a few employees over the months and nobody has done anything about it. The soap is sprayed on your car half ass and one of the nozzles doesn't even work. One year ago they were spraying straight undiluted chemicals on my car and it destroyed my plastic and when I said something to them about it they said they diluted it and I asked for a sample and when I checked it it was full strength. How do I know this I use to wash cars as a porter for Billingsley Ford and know what undeluded degreaser can do to the cars plastics and paints. Highly disappointed! I have always used Shine! Even when the newer washes started popping up I stayed committed to Shine Car Wash! Today I was completely disappointed! I paid $18 for the best car wash and gave both the prewash attendant and the after wash attendant both a tip, only to drive away and at my next stop find that my car looked like it was never washed! Absolutely the most awful experience I've ever had. Not to mention overpriced. When I rolled down the window to tip the guy who dried my car, it was pretty obvious he was high. And then later I found out they workers there make 8.50 so keep that in mind when you're tipping them. Also, the tunnel slightly damaged one of my mirrors and when I talked to the manager about it and he was so rude to me for no reason. I wasn't trying to get my car fixed for free or anything I just wanted them to be aware of the problem so they could try to prevent it from happening to others. When this place was being built. I was excited about a full service car wash. The service was great. Then the service started going Lower and lower When you pay $16 for the Lava Shine and you only get the same service as the cheaper ones. My opinion of this place decreased. Today topped the cake. I went through this car wash on Monday, June 16th at 9:55 am. The next afternoon I notice some damage on the drivers side bottom below drivers door, 2 dings, right after the front tire. The dings were not there prior to me going through this car wash. The guide that is on the driver's side tire, keeps your car in line through the car wash must have had something wrong with it. Went back to the car wash with my receipt and showed them. They made a report and took pictures and they call me the next day and tell me that they viewed the surveillance video and the damage was already there, yet when I asked to see the video they can't show me. Hmm? Damage must have not been there. I will definitely not be going back!!! read more

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment sense it opened up and have taken a couple of my vehicles here staff was nice beside a few young kids whom are either coked out or drunk are rude, not only do I go there at least twice a week but I buy the top of the line wash each time the $16.00 as sometimes it doesn't come out clean but I never go back and say anything because they are super busy and I'm not one to make someone double work, well today was the cake when I ran my Cadillac Escalade in the wash however both boys pre-washed it before entering the brushes the boys broke both of my automatic mirrors off where they will no longer move at all bringing this to the (Asst Managers) attention he was very professional about the whole thing and even told me he would get it taken care of and for me to go to my dealer and bring him back an estimate which I did however going back there the owner was present at the time and tried to belittle me and play me for stupid because he has driven Cadillac as well but if that was true then he should of known the two mirrors don't fold in manually they are only automatic, he became very belligerent and then told me in his words "Take your estimate someplace else because he isn't paying for your shit you nigger" throwing the estimate paper work at my chest. I wouldn't take my dog back to this car wash or spend a dime at it again it's not hard to fix something they broke, he to tried to tell me my mirrors were already broken and had audio and video of me telling the kids to push my mirrors in which is a lie and he knows that, best way to handle something like this is only to take it legal and don't give an ignorant butt hole the time of day which I have done!!! that being said sense he has audio and video of me saying such be sure you pull up the audio and video of how you treat a paying customer. read more
