I told him I wanted the car wiped down and vacuumed and the pet hair gone they told me there would be an extra charge for pet hair removal and I said no problem. It took a pretty long time for my car to get done but I expected that because again my car was pretty messy. When I went to pay my backseats were folded forward so I didn't see what the back looked like the front looked OK better than when I came in so I left. We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time.
