TLDR: -No undercarriage wash even though I paid for it -Bugs still all over bumper and windshield -No people there to dry even though it's advertised I paid for the Deluxe Wash ($12) and an additional $3 for the hot wax. My car came out soaking wet (i guess they are understaffed?) with bugs still all over my bumper and windshield. The worst part is that the deluxe wash includes undercarriage wash, but when I checked when I got home, there was still dust and mud - obviously no water had touched the bottom of the car. I gave one extra star for the employee who pre-rinsed the car. He was friendly and did a fast job. Really disappointed with this car wash, and it was definitely a waste of money. read more

Whenever I'm too lazy to spray my car down with a hose, I come to this place. They are pretty much the best choice as far as Lawton goes when you're looking for an automated drive thru car wash. There's like 5 packages to choose from, all under $20. Totally worth it, too...considering the birds in this town love to poop on vehicles. I highly recommend getting your car washed here if you're like me and despise spraying your vehicle down with a garden hose just to remove bird turds. read more

I purchased the deluxe wash; what I really don't like is the fact that the two men with the "pre-wash" didn't scrub the top of my car at all. I could tell because I opened my sun roof and saw there was no liquid whatsoever on my car. Also, while driving through the wash stations, the brushes were barely touching and the water beaded off of my car. Then men drying my car did a decent job but water was still hitting the windows as I drove. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

My first trip through Aqua Wash - I was sold! I like to keep my car clean, but too lazy to get out and wash it. I have tried several other automatic car washes in the Lawton area, but Aqua Wash stood above the others. I selected the auto wash. There are two workers who scrub the car and wheels before entering the wash. It did help to get the bugs and brake dust off the rims. On the second trip, I paid for the most expensive wash to include the wax. The workers did the pre-scrub. I noticed NO difference with the more expensive wash going through the service and matter of fact there were still bugs on the front when I was finished. I came to get my car washed at the Sheridan Express Wash between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. I was greeted by a young man named Drew. Apparently he was all alone at that time but he was cheerful and helpful. He took my money, entered my choice into the machine but said I had to wait a minute because there was someone ahead of me and he had to prepare their car first. I drove around to in front of the tunnel and Drew was prepping the car in front of me and wasn't actually taking his time but he was making sure he didn't miss anything. My turn, I rolled up, he apologized because there was a couple of customers waiting. He was so nice about it I said go ahead. 5 minutes later, he was back, motioned me to put my car in neutral and sent me on my way. I will definitely be going there again. Stay away from this car wash. This place broke my window. I contactEd the manager and they told me they were going to replace my windshield but never did. When I call them there is no answer. They are truly a ripoff. If you don't want this to happen to your car. Stay away. I give them a negative 3 stars. All they want is the money. They don't care about the customer. read more

I I had the cash to tip these guys! Well earned. Next time I will. I got the $6 basic but he still hand washed my bumper and then she hand dried my car and they even flip in the mirrors. And of course lots of pre rinsing was done by them before I drove in the wash, so they are great here. I have never seen a better performing auto-wash place than this! Fantastic job thanks. Serious, $6 of rapid hard work at the coin wash hardly matches, and doesn't dry it for you either. I'd have to use the foam brush and break a sweat almost, I'd much rather sit in my car then get soap on my shoes and shorts at one of those coin washes. read more

Great car wash with good taste in employees! The girl working today (2/1/17 in case her boss is reading this) needs a raise! She was running around handling everything correctly and super fast. She looked happy and upbeat. I just needed a car wash but I got a little faith in humanity after seeing someone earning every bit of their paycheck. Easy way to wash the car...it's cheap & they do a great job! You pay at a kiosk, drive up to tunnel wash where attendants scrub the front & rear of your car, as well as the tires before the belt takes you through. Once inside, it thoroughly scrubs your car, and then at the end, there are blowers to "dry." They also offer free vacuums too. From what I've heard, it's the best place in town, and I would have to agree. read more

I've been using this wash regularly for about 3 years now... until this last trip I was super satisfied but they didn't even get the bug guts off the grill or the bird poop off the hood... starting to be no better than the other tunnel wash in town over on 52nd and Cache... sad - when you spend $16 on a car wash you expect them to get the bugs off at least!!! Might be the last time I go through there... well see what happens with the manager calls me next week if they get my business back or not... Terrible, All of the Lawton critters were still attached to my vehicle after their most expensive car wash. When I spoke to the employee he just looked at me, so I decided to call their number on the sign that stated "tell us how we are doing". Well I called the number and left a voice message on their voicemail and still have not received a call back. I recommend using one of the EZ GOs car washes as you get the same results. Wouldn't wash mud from car. Said it would damage equipment. I thought that was the whole point of having attendant to rinse car before going into wash? I was willing to pay extra. First guy was going to do it then girl came out of restroom and said no. I asked for money back and went elsewhere. Poor customer service! read more
