I told him I wanted the car wiped down and vacuumed and the pet hair gone they told me there would be an extra charge for pet hair removal and I said no problem. It took a pretty long time for my car to get done but I expected that because again my car was pretty messy. When I went to pay my backseats were folded forward so I didn't see what the back looked like the front looked OK better than when I came in so I left. The pictures below are of the back of my car after I folded the seats back up I don't think they even vacuumed it and they certainly didn't remove pet hair so I don't know what I paid extra for.

The worst part is that the deluxe wash includes undercarriage wash, but when I checked when I got home, there was still dust and mud - obviously no water had touched the bottom of the car.
