They are real pros and know what they are doing. Much to our surprise, the whole process was fairly painless. Alex came out and took some measurements then sent me an estimate to replace our old 6in. tile countertops and backsplash. Their price was competitive and they said they could have the whole job done in two to three weeks, once they started work, so they got the job. First, we picked out the granite slabs we liked from a local slab supplier. Then Alex's crew came over and put down thick construction paper on the floors. Then his crew got to work on removing the old tile, sink and stove. They finished in a day, AND they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Meanwhile, back at their shop, Irena was emailing us options for our new sink and faucet. She was also working with us on the schedule for installing everything. Next, Alex came over to measure for the new countertops. After that we went to their shop to pick out the best slab for the big island in our kitchen. Alex is a real artist and helped us make the perfect selection. Next, one of Alex's finish cabinetry subs came over and made the modifications to our existing casework to accommodate the new ranch-style sink and our convection microwave, oven, warming drawer combo. After that the sink was installed. In no time Alex's and his crew were installing our new countertops. They did their work professionally and quickly and my wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen. I highly recommend this company. We are now in the process of working with Heather on pulling together the "Look" of our new home in BlackStone. Our first meeting was a get to know each other meeting. She most importantly assessed our personalities as well as our home and our existing furniture, paint, art, etc.. From there she gave us some ideas about what she thought would be a good start for our project along with a CLEAR explanation of her fees. Over the next several days she sent us ideas of products, colors, and room arraignments etc. A few days later we started in on getting items we needed as well as painters to get things rolling. Heather has been there every step of the way. Heather has helped us "Bargain Shop" for accent items and has sent us photos of things she sees as she's out and about for ideas. She has managed to catch both my, and my wifes personalities and to combine them. (NOT EASY LOL) Heathers communication is excellent. Every text or idea that we send her is answered quickly. Her pricing is 100% spot on to what was given to us in advance. We enjoy watching her work and being around her. She is a happy delightful person with a bubbly personality and a great sense of humor. He gave me contact information to follow up with an associate and indeed, she reached out to me on July 21 for pictures and some information about my project. I replied with pictures to them on July 23rd. Seemed good so far... unfortunately they completely ghosted me after that. I contacted the same person on July 28th... no reply... just got ignored. I then contacted them again on August 3rd... no reply... just got ignored. If you don't like arrogant business people wasting your time and ghosting you then I don't recommend this company as they demonstrate a strong lack of respect for their (potential) customers and indeed, I'm now signing with a different company to do my construction project. Edit: Got a call from the owner and he expressed what I felt was a very genuine apology over the apparent inadvertent "ghosting" that I had experienced via communications with an associate. Unfortunately, it's now too late to pursue any potential business with Bradly Builders as a result but of course mistakes happen and I think and feel like Bradley Builders made the effort to reach out and express regret about the experience. The owner did all of the work, was very professional and explained all of the work being done and all of the options that were available. He even helped run Romex and added a new outlet for the new microwave shelf (no charge!). The kitchen looks great and we saved a ton of money compared to other quotes we received. Highly recommend.
