We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. You should do whatever amount of research makes you comfortable, but to the extent that customer reviews make a difference to you, know that this customer is an enthusiastic endorser of this terrific company.

Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. We completed our detached ADU with A+ Construction ADU Builders this year and I had a great…read moreexperience. What I liked most about our process was how organized from the start. This started with the detailed proposal outlining all of the costs for all of the different elements of the detached ADU construction process. Throughout the construction of our 700 square foot building, I was able to track the spending on every individual item and there were no surprises at the end of the project. Our main designer Irene was excellent in tweaking the floor plan several times to meet our needs to have a suitable size of kitchen, bathroom, adequate storage and living area. After completion of the detached ADU I can honestly say that the way the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage all fit together is just right and I'm glad we went with her recommendations. The detached ADU was completed within six months of commencing the build. The setup of the utilities to the ADU and the inspections were all completed by A+ Construction which would have been a huge hassle if we were building a main house. Our project manager Nick did a great job in keeping us updated on progress and any other development through the entire process. Any issues or problems were resolved immediately by calling Nick and answering any questions. There were no long delays in returning calls to answer any questions or to resolve any problems. We lived in the main house of the property throughout the detached ADU's construction and the builders treated us with the upmost respect at all times. The builders kept a very clean work site throughout the building process. The detached ADU that we built is currently rented out and is doing well. The tenants are very happy and the layout works well for them. The finishes look very good and the whole structure feels very solid. A+ Construction ADU Builders is a very structured operation. It was great for our type of construction project.

The team were very particular with the finer details of the house, including lots of insulation and placement of windows to maximize natural light. Sergeii and his construction team worked very hard on the project and left the property in great shape. We had a couple of minor change orders throughout the construction of the project, but this was expected with a fully custom project of this nature. The final product turned out to be even better than the drawings. My mom absolutely loves her finished ADU of 600 sf and it is extremely comfortable. My husband and I had a total kitchen remodel fourteen months ago. We chose all licensed and bonded installers as we figured they would provide a higher quality of work. In only five months, a few of the 24" x 24" porcelain tiles, which had been installed on the floors of our kitchen, laundryroom, diningroom and entryway, began to come loose and one of them cracked. The installer came out and replaced the cracked tiles to our satisfaction, however over the next year, nine more tiles became loose After trying to work it out with the licensed installer, we were forced to have an independent inspection performed to see how wide spread the problem was. After having five different Tile contractors out, we were appalled that only one out of the five would we hire. Sam, from Brothers IC met with us and took the time to inspect the previous install. He was professional, very knowledgeable and although his bid was the highest, he was the only one we felt confident with.
