I can't say enough good things about this shop! As soon as I got my new car, I knew I wanted to get it wrapped, but I had such a hard time finding a shop i trusted. I had talked with several shops about wrapping my new car, but I just didn't "click" with any of them. It didn't feel right. They had many brands, colors, & finishes to chose from. I excitedly took the samples out to my vehicle to hold them up in the natural light. Edgar seemed just as excited! I can tell he really gets joy out of what he does. The price was fair--not too high that i felt it was unfair and not too low that I was worried about the quality of the product. His prices were reasonable enough that I also opted for a ceramic window tint -- much needed to cut that desert heat ! He worked with me on a date that worked best for me to drop off my car. I usually take my car to eco-tint but gave shine detail and tint a shot since Edgar was responsive and his reviews were positive. Let me start by saying do not, I repeat do not get your car tinted here. He butchered a tint job on my 155,000 custom sprinter van. Edger employs another gentleman to do his tint work. The attention to detail is horrible and the lines of the tint where it needs to be cut free hand looks like he did them with his eyes closed. Light comes through because the tint cuts are so bad. There is lint and debris under all of the tinted windows and he insults me by saying it's air. I took my vehicle back to him 2 additional times to try to get it right. Well to make matters worse, he did not get it right and also damaged the gaskets on my window and blamed it on the manufacturer. Edger takes zero accountability on his work and told me to take it to the dealership to be repaired, which I did out of my own pocket because it was not warrantied. I bit the bullet and moved on rather than trying to get reimbursed by this unethical business. I hate writing negative reviews but this one is well deserved! read more

Aloha Everyone, I just want to share how awesome customer service this company has shown me today. I had left my vehicle there early so I could do errands while my vehicle was getting tinted. While away I got notified for everything. We have stickers on front windshield(cash wash, etc) so they called and ask if they can be removed. Then my second call was was about my windshield had cracked. We came to see the damage and they was just so awesome right away. He had already been calling to see when the window could get fixed. Since we live across the street leaving the car wasn't a problem. A few hours later my husband went across the street to get something out the vehicle and he said we could take it home the window was fixed. My husband tried to pay him and he wouldn't except. Edgar was always responsive to my messages - like an instantaneous reply. His quote was very reasonable to touch-up, buff out exterior blemishes (paint scratches shallow and deep) from a car I purchased from Vroom. Also, when I inquired about window tint, he gave me a fantastic deal since I was already having him perform the other work. Because the amount of time it would take to get everything completed, he picked up/dropped off my car from my home. When he dropped off my vehicle, I inspected one area that was vastly improved but still not looking brand new (gas tank cover) and asked if there could be more done. He said sure and would send his paint guy to come by in a few days to pick up the cover and repaint it all. At this point, I had already paid him in full and was not 100% this would get done. Sure enough, a couple days later, his paint guy stopped by to pick up the part and returned with it looking fabulous. In the end, I couldn't be happier. Trust me when I say that I spent several days looking for a company to perform a full body (interior/exterior) detail for my convertible. I decided on Shine Mobile Detailing because their price seemed right for the services offered. I even took a risk because there wasn't much reviews on them anywhere. Well, it was worth it! The two guys that came were completely professional, on time, and worked extremely hard in the heat to make sure my vehicle was clean. I barely had to point anything out, but for the minor things, they had a great attitude and gave attention to it. Tip: I highly recommend getting the paint sealant and clay bar treatment to your exterior detailing service. It's been a couple months since my vehicle has been detailed and my car repels 80% of stains it should be accumulating! Whatever sticks onto the car can easily be wiped off with 15-30 minutes of your time, a microfiber cloth, and detailing spray. To the owners of Shine Mobile Detailing and all potential customers, I'm already looking forward to scheduling my next full-body detailing service in a couple months. Fantastic Job! We just moved back from the East Coast and our car needed some help; it saw rain, sleet, wind, a 1 year old, and lot of humidity.
