The house had a basic cleaning prior to the arrival of Bear Brothers Cleaning. After they left, it was not any cleaner. See the photo of the baseboards which were still quite dirty. Jacko was friendly. Offered to reclean the house 2 days later but then cancelled by text with no further explanation. Keys to the house went missing and we had to call a locksmith to cut a new key for the house. So far, we have not been charged for this. 2 cleaning people for 3 hours with the extra service in a 2,314 sq ft house was supposed to cost almost $590. I would never recommend this company.
