Don't do it. This business is dishonest. They worked each week for 3 weeks and then raised the…read moreprice twice after that. They were onsite to set the original price the first visit. Very dishonest and not practical. Price gouging here. Let me also add that we have owned homes and own another home. We actually know what the market price is. This is price gouging. Do the math folks, look at price per square foot and know the truth here. There was no initial discount discussed. I paid 20% more for the second cleaning than the original quote. Prior to the third cleaning they wanted to raise the price another 20% because their commute was too far. In fairness they knew about the stairs and they knew the address at the time of the initial quote. And, they certainly understood the floor plan and commute at the time of the first price increase. But two price increases in 3 weeks for a new build that is in very good condition is unreasonable.
