Pat came out and explained everything to us. Within a week they started work and finished the entire roof replacement in a day and a half. The crew did a nice job and they cleaned up all of the debris. We got multiple estimates but chose Franciscus because we were confident with Pat. He was at the house a lot during the install making sure the project got completed the right way and on time. We appreciate everything.

Very poor installation in the corners of my gutters. It collapsed unbeknownst to me. Once discovered, 2 years after installation I reached out and was told there is only a 1-year warranty on the mesh product. Franciscus warranty agreement states they cover labor and workmanship for 10 years. I was told they could send a tech out in 3 weeks, $500.00 Service call! Alternative offered was to refer to a local contractor who could come out sooner and at less of charge. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this group. They do not stand behind their products or warranty.

Told us he'd make sure we were straight and he's a blessing from God to help us get on our feet then screwed us over worse then we already were. And stole my son's tools and won't return them. Also my son witnessed him hammering a 10" nail through someone house he was working on water line because they said they would be a little late on paying the last $1000 that he owed them for the job which probably costed them a lot more then $1000. And the owner of the house already paid him $2000 of a $3000 small job he did. Please spread the word. He works in the Port Clinton area. And he lives in Bellevue. My bathroom and living/dining room combo was left unusable for 8 months. They installed the wrong window...reversed cold/hot on both shower/sink...installed floor/tile incorrectly...installed electrical outlets incorrectly. He only includes a portion of the work on the initial estimate so that he can claim the rest as a change order and demand an additional payment. I attempted to recoup my losses legally but several attorneys advised that it would be too costly and wasteful since Mr. Haun is known to file bankruptcy.
