I knew where everything was in the mess , but I did not have a system I could easily maintain. I rotate through a ton of skincare, body care, hair care, dental, fragrance, and other personal care products depending on my needs. Before, they were mostly sectioned-off piles. Wal (pronounced Val) sorted everything by category, placed less-used products and back stock in the back, and kept the things I reach for most in the front. The team also bought clear bins that fit the space, including sliding bins I can easily pull out and taller bins for shampoos, conditioners, and other bottles. This was especially helpful with the wire shelving in my rental. Now everything is grouped together, visible, and easy to access. I can also refine the system over time as I use it and getting ready flows now. Wal and I collaborated on what I wanted to keep and how I needed the space to function. The team also organized under my sink, where I prefer to keep only cleaning products, foot care, and toilet paper. That preference was respected. Rose's team worked with my budget, and Wal has become my ace for projects like this . I already have more spaces I'm excited to hire the team for. I spoke to Jim on the phone to book the service, and he was really friendly and helpful. He said his wife Rose would be in touch with a quote after I texted some pictures of the room. I don't know who I was texting with in the end. They quoted me $100. The two workers arrived right on time, were very polite, and did a beautiful job! However, they spoke no English and used a phone app to communicate. (You speak into the phone, they read the Portuguese that's generated, then they speak into the phone and it spits out English. Who knows how accurate it is.) I lived in a foreign country for 6 years and while I wasn't fluent, I had basic proficiency in the language... admittedly I worked in an industry where people spoke English, but for day-to-day things I was glad I could read and handle basic conversations. (This was pre-smart phone.) I'd love to hire Rose's Cleaning for their organizing service, but can't imagine how you'd do that with someone you couldn't talk to. They get good reviews for that, so maybe I'll try it. I'm skeptical but interested. If all you need is cleaning it probably doesn't matter that you can't communicate without a phone translator. Clean all the base boards, clean the Formica cabinets, wash the floors in bathrooms, and hall and foyer. I had a Dr. appointment and dropped off my dog, (my wife was home) when I entered I saw a girl jumping up to clean the cabinets! When I told them I had a step stool they could not understand what I was talking about had to physically show her. They left the job not even half done. I called Manuela to discuss the poor job her help did and the first thing that comes out is 'I KNEW YOU WOULD BE A PROBLEM" I am still shaking my head over that. I even took pictures to show her how poorly the job was done, even better I am a 71 year old man went down with a sos pad and was able to get the rust mark off! Her answer your house needs a refurb give me a break. A total waste of close to three hundred dollars. NOT RECOMMENDED

The house had not been touched in a long long time. When they left it was sparkling! The windows were filled with dust and the bath tub was badly stained. I was actually planning to repaint my bath tub, because of crazy stains but Jose told me to let him try to clean it - let's just say both bath tubs look brand new! The entire place looks spotless and he even pulled out the fridge and stove to clean the back! Worse, their time "clock" ph.# breaks down, and so mysteriously does their voice mail, so you can't expect to be reliably paid except by their good graces, if any. BEWARE, SUMMER JOB SEEKERS: This is a company for companies wanting cheap work done cheap. Frankly, even if they could be more honest with employees, I don't know if that would make them more than a zero benefit, zero ethic businkess, e.g owner Ryan Lynch sophmoric reply when asked if he would discuss problems with his sites, equipment..."I'm moving up into corporate sales..and I haven't got a trained HR person to work on employee issues"!!!
