I found that both the ground and the positive wires were disconnected because they were not properly clamped (that is how car fires start). I brought my car in to have him fix it. He wanted me to leave the car there all day for a 15 minute job. I would have to pay for an Uber. I didn't want to do that so I told him never mind I'll do it myself and asked him if I could have another connecter for the positive wire. HE TOLD ME "TO GET OUT OF THE STORE AND THAT I WAS AN ASSHOLE". I paid a lot of money for that installation and more than retail for that amplifier. I should not have been treated like that. Not this time. Would have to remove too much metal which would cause wheel balance issues. Straight up honest. They said best to get a new alloy hub.
