Alot of the responses I've received back were short and cold something like this "We don't do that". Anyway, Dave from Hecktown glass called and asked a few questions. We set up an appointment for him to come out. He came out and assessed the situation. Looked over the truck and noticed a couple things wrong with it (a big gap in the corner, there's gaps between the liner and roof, etc). He patched up all the gaps and had to let it cured for a few days. Tentatively scheduled to come back in a few days Thurs or Friday (weather permitting). Mother Nature wasn't cooperating. I was anxious to get my glass done but I was more nervous about the company because of the bad reviews so I called the office (no answer but I did leave a voicemail). Dave called me back within a few hours (which I was pleasantly surprised-once again because of the bad reviews) and said let's plan on doing it Saturday. With it being a Holidays weekend, I really didn't want to be a nag. I was just happy with the communications. He texted Saturday morning and said he'll be on his way. Got set up, glass installed with me and my son giving him a hand (held the glass in place while he seats the glass)-which my son was thrilled to help since it's going to be his truck. I know this is a long review, but I just want people to know what a great experience I had with the installation of the windshield on my son's 1968 C10. And the price was incredible too!! I was really expecting to pay twice that. My advice is to be patience if someone doesn't pick up the phone right away. Leave a message and they'll get back to you. Everybody is short staff nowadays, but it keeps the cost down. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly Recommended!!! Thanks Dave

I gave details about what I needed. Appointment was made for Thursday @ 9-930am. Well they showed up on Wednesday 9-930am. Gave my houseguest a hard time, being VERY RUDE! Had none of the information I gave, so he had no idea what to do. Again VERY RUDE! I called when I got out of work. Receptionist was rude, put me on hold without saying anything, and got into an argument with the service guy. Comes back & tells (doesn't ask) me they'll be there tomorrow at 1230pm. I explain to her that I called for multiple reasons & that customer service was one. I asked to speak to the manager. Receptionist says no worries she wasn't yelling at me she was yelling at the service guy. I tell her "yes that's part of the problem, the service guy. Can I speak to the owner." She's says the service guy is the owner. So I tell her to cancel the appointment because he will NOT get any of my money! After hearing how RUDE he was to his employee I realized how RUDE he must have been to my houseguest! So if you want to pay an Incompetent RUDE business owner then this is the place!

Had a shower door installed and called for someone to take a look at it since it didn't close…read moretightly. Repairman showed up and said it was fixed. As he was leaving I checked the door and still had the same problem. Called the repairman back inside and showed him the problem again. He said we needed a new strip seal which he usually has on the truck but he was out of now. I waited 2 weeks and called again. I explained the problem to the woman on the phone and she put me on hold without telling me and I'm talking to no one!!! When she returns to the phone she says that someone will be out on Thursday. I told her no one is home until 3:30 PM...again she puts me on hold without telling me and one more time I am talking to no one. She needs to learn office phone etiquette and the scheduler needs a quicker repair time schedule. I would not ever give them anymore business!

So I called Jack's Glass & talked to Eric the GM, he said he could send two guys out to reinstall my glass shower door within a few days. The two team members that came out were absolutely amazing.
