No other way to say it, Tim is the man! I am very particular about how my shoes are shined and cared for, and Tim exceeds every expectation I have. His work is quality, he delivers on time, and he won't hit you with a bunch of hidden charges or costs. Lastly, Tim is very good at shoe repairs. I had an old pair of monk strap shoes that had a hole worn through the sole, which impacted the cork in-sole as well. Tim was able to deconstruct the shoe, repair the in-sole, custom cut the new leather soles, and even included free toe and heel taps. Great customer service!! I came in with a repair that I need to be done in a small amount of time...everywhere else quoted me a two week wait!! I went to Shine Time and dropped my shoes off on a Monday with hopes of having them by today (Thursday) before my evening flight. Mr London said he could see what he could do and try to have them by Thursday. My shoes were ready for pickup Tuesday and he did an amazing job!!! I will only be using this company from now on. I have been taking my shoes to get shined by Tim for years even though there was a shoe shine stand in my building. So I was thrilled to hear that Tim took over the spot in the Crescent Center. His work quality is outstanding. The shoes come out looking like new. He is very professional, and a joy to talk to as well. Although I haven't tried it yet, he also repairs shoes. OMG!! I looked up a shoe shine place near me and saw the ratings for this guy and took a chance. I took my Harley Boots to him yesterday around noon and got a text saying they were ready today (next day) around 10 AM.
