In the past I was told that 4 people were working on my car but that was not the case this time. The man took the vehicle at my request, and returned it in about 2 hours or less. The job usually takes 3 hours. I've always had a good relationship with the business, and always tipped. I just didn't feel it was worth the money this time and will be looking elsewhere.

(ps: don't expect to get a Saturday appointment right away). Dropped off my car this morning, and just picked it up. True to their name, my car has that SHOWROOM SHINE! I'd pay the $95 - it's well worth it! Groupon offered an option for mobile detailing for a bit more. If you don't want to drive over to Bermuda Rd off 70, that might be a good deal. The guys are young, but very professional and take pride in their work. I'll be going back!

I questioned about the rush. Found out, they didn't even vacuum the trunk. Also had a spit on my windshield that's still there. No freshener was applied. Carpet was supposed to be shampooed, but was not even damp. I stopped by the Maryland heights location to co n plain. It's not that I wanted a redo of the service, but complete what they didn't do. Instead of taking care of me right there, they wanted me to come back next week. Not sure why they just couldnt pull someone to take of my problems. My son got a quote from owner Ken who was professional. The quote was difficult for my son to receive with paying half since we are cash pay. I called Ken to discuss the estimate and he was able to make a few tweaks that lowered the price and improved the part to an OEM. WOW! Not expected. I scheduled the repairs. Since I live out of town I arranged for a time I was visiting. My son dropped off and repairs were completed under the estimated three days. But a snag in the lights caused a delay. It was not there problem. They went well beyond to fix the issue and eventually did with only a small delay. Ken bent over backwards to ensure it was working correctly. Delivery of the car was easy. Ken explained the process he used to repair the car showing us the old bumper. He also explained the difficulty with the electrical that was resolved with great pain and add cost he did not transfer to us. Double WOW!!! The cost came in even a bit less than the revised quote some how, The shop may not look like much from the front, but it's quite large. It once was a building used to perform maintenance on city buses. Let's be clear on typical body shops, they can take advantage of you. Dealers charge premium on labor. I'm so impressed with Honea and have already recommended them to others.

I liked how quickly they could fit me in and give my car the full interior and exterior detail right before a holiday. My car was an absolute disaster- bird poo, feral animal prints that the drive through wash wasn't cleaning, something sticky on the passenger door, and three years of white dog hair on a black floorboard. I wasn't expecting the level of literal detail they out into getting all the nooks and crannies inside and out. My car looks awesome and I'll be back frequently to keep it looking good.
