I went in on the day I was told it would be ready and was told that it wasn't ready and it would possibly be next week, but they weren't able to give me an exact day because my vehicle wasn't a priority and had been pushed to the back of the line. Again, they never called to tell me. I had to go in person to find this out. I found out they have huge contracts with insurance companies and rental car agencies, so those orders are their priority jobs and get better prices on repairs.

Then he called me with a quote, it was about $500 cheaper than the shop I got quoted from near me. Second, he told me it'd be 3-4 days and the shop that was close to me was telling me 7-10. Third, I picked the car up on the 4th day, at 11am, and it looks FANTASTIC!! This time they fixed the body but as soon as I got into the car I noticed the warning lights were still on and a portion of the safety features were offline. I immediately returned to the shop and asked the service tech about it. She said they don't do the electronics part and I'd need to go back to the Mazda dealership to have them do it. Over the next 4 months my car was in the Mazda shop on and off for over 30 days with no results. They didn't know how to fix it so my insurance agent sent me back to Car Craft to get the safety features back online. My car wasn't there but an hour and magically it was repaired and back to normal. I was without my car for weeks and driving without safety features and they somehow fixed it when they originally said they couldn't. The final insult was that they didn't attach the bumper panels properly so they still pop out. I am very disappointed since they had previously been stellar. The tech either didn't know the process to fix the issue or just wanted me to go away. And the bumper popping out is just sloppy work. Really a shame.

I paid a lot of money to have my roof repainted as well as an already prepped and ready to paint spoiler. I should have took the advice and taking it to a professional paint shop and should have known that they would produce shoddy work like what I recieved. For what I paid I should expect it to be pristine. No, I got several paint runs on the roof and on the spoiler despite them charging me for prep work. Then when mentioning a 30% off coupon "Al" declined to accept it despite it being on the website. In addition I couldn't pick up my vehicle exactly at 4:00 because apparently the franchise owner had somewhere to be on Friday and couldn't stay for 10 minutes to ring out my transaction so I could inspect it. Second issue was they left my interior completely filled with dust from prep work and didn't even bother to vacuum or even take the disposable paper floor mat out when I picked up my vehicle. To me that screams laziness and that they really could care less about cleanliness about customers vehicles but they have the gall and audacity to charge an arm and a leg for labor. Due to this experience I will never use Maaco again for any of my painting needs and will rely on a more professional shop that actually takes customer satisfaction at a much higher level. After all you get what you pay for and I sure wish I would have taken the advice and took my vehicle to a professional body shop. I will be pursuing action and assistance from the Better Business Business Bureau for the unsatisfactory services provided.
