If I could give zero stars, I would…read more My Kawasaki Ninja 650 has been at Jim Trenary Motorsports for about two months, and the entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Communication is terrible. I was told on at least 15 different occasions that someone would call me back, and I only received one callback--and that's because I kept calling them repeatedly. The biggest issue was the diagnosis. It took them about three and a half weeks just to diagnose the bike. Their Kawasaki technicians couldn't figure out the problem, even though I told them from the beginning that it was likely a welded gear caused by overheating, which is a known issue on Ninja 650s. Instead, they diagnosed it as a clutch plate issue and ordered parts for that repair. After waiting over a month and a half for the repair, they put everything back together and the bike had the exact same problem. The original diagnosis was wrong, and the bike had to be torn back down to address the actual issue. Adding to the delays, after the parts for the first repair had already been delivered to the dealership, I was informed that they had been misplaced in the parts department. From what I was told, a newer employee accidentally misplaced them. I understand that mistakes happen, but it still resulted in additional delays to a process that was already taking far too long at that point. What frustrated me even more was that after the correct parts arrived and my bike was waiting to be reassembled, I was told the technician had started working on a different project and would not be able to get back to my bike until the following week. After my bike had already been sitting there for nearly two months, I found it hard to understand why a newly arrived project was being worked on before a customer who had already been waiting that long. Even after the second repair was completed, I still wasn't contacted. I had to call them myself to get an update. During that call, I was told the bike was back together and only needed a test ride before pickup. I was then told it should be ready sometime that week. Overall, the communication, diagnosis, turnaround time, and customer service were extremely disappointing. I spent weeks waiting for callbacks that never came, dealt with a misdiagnosis that could have been avoided, experienced delays caused by misplaced parts, and repeatedly had to call for updates myself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Jim Trenary Motorsports.

I brought this RV back to the selling dealer for warranty because the frame was bent and one of the jacks was bent. They blamed the damage on me and told me to file an insurance claim instead of addressing the structural problem. This was separate from the other weld cracks that they claimed were "not cracks." They made several repairs but the situation kept getting worse. It became clear the dealer was working for Keystone rather than advocating for their customer. To the owner -- I brought the unit back to you for a structural defect and you let Keystone run over me. 3 YEAR UPDATE: After a lot of screwing from Keystone I got them to buy this junk back for 90K. I still lost about 30K but it's better than nothing. My recommendation to you all is take lots of photos and get everything in writing. Use ChatGPT for help. Never trust your dealer. Hire a lemon law lawyer before they make a buyback offer. Once they make a bad offer you are stuck paying your own lawyer bill. Good luck.

I had my car fixed here after getting hit. The damage to my car affected multiple components and the ABS system. Any person with half a brain knows cars have related systems with multiple components. This den of thieves will fix the bare minimum and then act like any other failures have nothing to do with the accident, especially if your car isn't brand spanking new. I complained about the same problems popping up. I went back right after getting my car back with wheel noises and issues and they told me it was the sounds of the highway! Then the sensor died. The battery they gave me died after that and they tried to blame my car but the battery was tested bad so they couldn't. They refused to accept that this could have caused the other sensor on the wheel to fail which is very common with improper or failing voltage. Don't expect them to grasp simple concepts like this. Everything was not related to the accident according to them, even though it obviously was. The manager, Mike, pretended like he wanted to help but instead had my car documented with photos just to cover his own butt and setup a false case against me; stating that my car is somehow so ancient that all these problems just arose on their own, even though my car had been perfect before! Mike was rude, abrasive, and threatening on the phone. They are in bed with insurance companies and will work with them to absolutely screw you. They DO NOT live up to their guarantee on work performed and do not care about making their customer happy. Absolutely disgusting treatment and no honor. Stay far away! read more
