One star is generous. DON'T use Maaco for any paint work unless you value your vehicles condition. They are the McDonald's of the automotive body paint industry. I paid a lot of money to have my roof repainted as well as an already prepped and ready to paint spoiler. I should have took the advice and taking it to a professional paint shop and should have known that they would produce shoddy work like what I recieved. For what I paid I should expect it to be pristine. No, I got several paint runs on the roof and on the spoiler despite them charging me for prep work. Then when mentioning a 30% off coupon "Al" declined to accept it despite it being on the website. In addition I couldn't pick up my vehicle exactly at 4:00 because apparently the franchise owner had somewhere to be on Friday and couldn't stay for 10 minutes to ring out my transaction so I could inspect it. Second issue was they left my interior completely filled with dust from prep work and didn't even bother to vacuum or even take the disposable paper floor mat out when I picked up my vehicle. To me that screams laziness and that they really could care less about cleanliness about customers vehicles but they have the gall and audacity to charge an arm and a leg for labor. Due to this experience I will never use Maaco again for any of my painting needs and will rely on a more professional shop that actually takes customer satisfaction at a much higher level. After all you get what you pay for and I sure wish I would have taken the advice and took my vehicle to a professional body shop. I will be pursuing action and assistance from the Better Business Business Bureau for the unsatisfactory services provided. read more

I just picked up my Nissan Armada from the Maaco Auto Body on Reavis Barricks in Lemay and they repaired and painted my entire front end to perfection. Al helped me , was courteous, explained everything and did the work in just days. Paint looks great , fit and finish looks perfect. The price to repair was far less than every other body shop, that must be trained by insurance companies to charge higher prices like hospitals having one price for insurance and another for self pay. It was offered, and a deal was made To not remove a window upon fixing the side of my car, and in place fix some hood scratching. More than two weeks after they had my car, I received a call that a.m. telling me that because there was some previous paint on the scratches it would not be fixed. After reviewing with what was told to me upon receiving my estimate, they did buff out my hood, however the original scratches are still on my hood. I was told I would get a call the following Monday as someone was on vacation, I never received that call. read more

Several months ago, I accidentally swerved my husband's car into a metal highway on-ramp guardrail, thus putting a slight dent along his passenger side and especially preventing his front passenger side door from opening more than an inch due to a dent just behind the door hinge. I took my car to Maaco this past Saturday for an estimate to get the door fixed so it could fully open again and to have the dents fixed, and Al, the owner, ended up bringing out a special tool and popped the car panel back in place so the door was fully functional again. I was in total disbelief that he would do this out of the kindness of his heart with no expectations for payment of any kind, even though I offered several times. You just don't see businesses operating like this any more, so I was deeply deeply touched and massively appreciative. When we're ready to get the dents fixed, we'll be back for sure, and for any other body work this or my car may need in the future.
