Our dog was cut up and had razor burns from her grooming appointment, and they shaved her bare to the skin and did not even give her a bath prior to shaving off all of her hair. It appeared that she had not been given water or the basic care we would expect while she was there. Our dog seemed visibly distressed and unlike herself.
