The company sent out a supposedly trained technician (at no initial cost) who showed me with a light meter that two of the wires in the gang had power, while the one to the overhead light did not. His initial estimate was over $400; I requested a lower estimate, and after consulting with his boss, he came down to $378. That seemed very high for work that he thought would take about 10 minutes. I had an independent electrician take a look; he tested the wires in the switch, and said THERE WAS POWER! He then tightened the light bulb in the fixture, and it worked fine. The Plugz tech either didn't know what he was doing, or he was fabricating the problem.
