The 2 ladies at the front desk are not friendly at all towards BLACK PEOPLE. They greet hispanic people very friendly. That makes me think they are RACIST. No one to complain to them about, and no one is holding them accountable for their actions. This Company has also lied about different situations. Dentist is nice, but not all that qualified. Do Not Go Here! I'm use to going to great dentist, but unfortunately I ended up having to get a medical card which left me to poor dental service. The 2 women at the front desk are racist towards blacks. They treat Hispanics nice. The dentist are not great at all. I had different dentist the few times i was there. The first dentist i had seemed confused all the time. I think her name was dr Matthew. She pulled up the wrong chart that wasn't mine, she went and got floss out of her purse to use on me and she wasn't experienced by alot of things she said to me. One of the other dentist i saw, i mentioned my tooth fell out that was a root canal tooth. She gave me 2 options on how i could get it fixed and also an option to leave it if i didn't want to pay to get it fixed. She never said, the gums wouldn't close up. She never said you could get an infection, she never mentioned lots of pain. Sad that they give public aide terrible dentist. Thankfully we get good doctors. They only have good reviews on their site, because they ask you to fill out a good reviewreview so that you can get a goody bag. Hire better staff and dentist. Only Hispanics at the front desk. The staff and the office in general were extremely welcoming and helpful! A smaller office with a homey inviting feel. They made sure that everything was thoroughly reviewed and understood with each process of the visit. The equipment was up to date and very modern and the space seemed very clean! The dentist is very professional, friendly, he established good rapport to his patients. He will make you very comfortable and chitchat a little to know you. Not all dentist are gentle but this man is the most gentle hands that I've encountered especially with oral area (the gums and teeth, mouth entirely) he handles very very light and he will ask you from time to time if you feel pain or if you are okay/fine with the procedure while on process. He deserves more than a five star honestly. Very honest and on point. He does know how to treat patients well. I highly without a doubt recommend this man to be your dentist. So don't hesitate to come by and let him do the best for your oral care. Staffs are very great and friendly. This office is always clean and they never leave me waiting long to be called. Their doctors are very friendly. Dr. Kim is my favorite. I love that they show me my X-rays on the tv monitor in front of me and explain what they are looking at. While I am getting my cleaning done I get to choose something to watch on Netflix, while they are polishing my teeth. read more

Wow! This dental office is the real deal. Since the first moment I stepped into the office, though nervous, I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. The dentist (Dr. Kim) is amazing, professional, and gentle. Got cavities filled and was in no pain. The cleaning was great and gentle as well. Now I will be coming in to get my braces done and I am confident that I am in good hands. Worst experience at a dental office! Went in for work...not long after my filling was chipped. Went back got it fixed same thing happened again. Doctor that did my dental work no long worked there. (Hmmm wonder why that would be maybe because he did horrible work). Made another appointment (pregnant at the time). Sat in the waiting room for 45 mins to then be told that I needed a clearance to get any work done. Mind you that I told them I was pregnant over the phone when I made my appointment. Went back a month later with another appointment, now they said that I would need to pay to redo my filling even though it was the dentist's fault. I sat in the room for 1 hour when the receptionist came in and said they forgot about me! What kind of service is this...and how can they do this to someone! Never going back again! The office was clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly. The hygienist and dentist were great and thorough. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I had to wait a really long time due to a couple emergencies that came in before my appointment. They were however very apologetic and my dad, who also goes here, says he has never had to wait. So I think that was a rare occasion. All in all I'd recommend them :) read more

Dr. Kim was amazing throughout my entire dental process...and trust me, it was a PROCESS. From tooth implants, to bonding, to using composite to whiten, to abutments...my experience was made a hell of a lot more pleasant because of this particular dentist! Dr. Kim was always sensitive to my needs and made sacrifices to fit me during extenuating circumstances. I have to say the dentist was very thorough and all around great..the staff was pleasant ...nit when making appt 2 days ago I was told he receptionist that cleaning and xrays were covered by my insurance...upon visit I was told the type of cleaning I needed would cost $110... I said I want regular cleaning that I was told by the receptionist just 2 days ago...would be covered by my insurance..they wouldn't do it...well not going back ..and won't recommend this place...it would help if the receptionist would tell u upfront cleaning may not be included...save everyone alot of time read more

Dr.Kim is amazing. But besides that everything else is terrible. I had work done and a couple of weeks later the filling fell off. I went back but Dr.Kim was not in so they offered for me to see a different doctor to get it corrected. I agreed and they told me that it would be free of charge because it happened less than a month after the original filling. All was good until I made another appointment after getting the filling fixed, to get my teeth cleaned and have another filling done. The front desk called me and told me that my benefits are all used up and that I would be paying out of pocket for the visit. I told them I still had benefits left. She pulled up my account and stated that because I had the repair work was done by a different doctor that they submitted it to my insurance to pay for. They did this without even informing me that they were charging me for the repair. I walked out of the office being told they were covering it and find out a month later that they submitted it anyway. I will not be comming back. read more
