Heather meets me at the door, masked, and follows all COVID protocols. Her work room is clean and very comfortable. At my first visit she explained the procedures in detail, then told me every step she was taking as she went along. Heather has a very gentle touch and I find myself so relaxed while she's working her magic! The lash tint and lift are excellent! It lasts a good three to four weeks! Mostly longer, but I like to go sooner. I had not planned on having my brows done, but after having all my questions answered, I tried her. Totally love it! My eyebrows are thick and out of control and hard to maintain. She cleaned them up in no time, and it was relatively painless! However at the time of my service with holly she only had about 3 reviews but I guess I shouldn't have mentioned I'd be leaving a review when asking for the refund. So now I feel inclined to leave my honest review. The salon was not the neatest and the room was messy. The equipment was pretty outdated and this service didn't come with a wash which I was fine with. This was the worst haircut and highlights I've ever had. I was super clear about what I wanted, I asked for only an inch off of the length, some face framing pieces that were chin length and then just a few highlights to lighten up my hair. I was going on a birthday trip that week and also had interviews coming up. I cried when i saw my hair that day. I had to book an appointment last minute with another stylist to hopefully fix what happened. She cut so much off in the front that it looked like a mullet or a bowl cut. The pieces in front were cut so short. This resulted in me having to cut my hair short to fix the choppy pieces. She only put a few highlights on the top and nothing in the back so I had to go over it with box dye and go back to my regular hair color. After I sent her an email with photos of my hair and explaining how I had to get it fixed, She did give me a refund for the Groupon and apologized which I appreciate. I believe she should have paid for me having to go and get it fixed. She was a nice person but I don't understand how a trim and some face framing could get messed up so badly. I truly wish she would have just told me she couldn't do it. I came in with long beautiful hair I'm so disappointed with how my hair looks now.
